Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método y un dispositivo para obtener gas de síntesis por la gasificación de combustibles líquidos o sólidos finalmente triturados a una presión de 0.3 a 8 MPa a una temperatura en el intervalo de 1200 a 2000°C, con agentes de gasificación gaseosos, que contienen oxigeno, en un reactor enfriado (3), en donde la escoria liquida es depositada sobre las paredes del mismo; el reactor está ubicado en un primer contenedor de presión; el gas de síntesis obtenido es generado en una primera cámara de reacción (2) dispuesta en la parte superior del reactor; en la región superior del mismo, se alimentan las sustancias que han de ser usadas; la escoria liquida es depositada sobre las paredes laterales del mismo y puede correr libremente sin que la superficie de la escoria se solidifique; en el lado inferior del mismo, está ubicada una abertura (6) con un borde de descarga (7), desde el cual el gas de síntesis obtenido puede ser extraído hacia la parte inferior y la escoria líquida que corre hacia abajo puede drenarse; una segunda cámara (8) conecta a la abertura en la parte inferior, el gas de síntesis manteniéndose seco y siendo enfriado en la segunda cámara (8); una película de agua que es producida por dispositivos adecuados y que cae libremente delimita la segunda cámara, una tercera cámara (15) conecta a la segunda cámara en la parte inferior y en ella tiene lugar el enfriamiento al añadir agua al gas de síntesis; un baño de agua (21) conecta a la parte inferior de la tercera cámara, las partículas de escoria drenadas y ya solidificadas o aún liquidas cayendo hacia el baño de agua; en la parte inferior o en el lado de la tercera cámara (15), pero arriba del baño de agua (21), el gas de síntesis generado y enfriado es extraído del recipiente de presión (4).
