Abstract
El dispositivo para la gasificación de materiales de combustible líquido o sólido de grano fino en un reactor de lecho arrastrado a temperaturas por arriba del punto de fusión de ceniza y a una presión de 0.3 a 8 MPa, un reactor de gasificación y un baño de agua dispuestos en un recipiente de presión, el baño de agua instalado por debajo del reactor de gasificación y el reactor de gasificación a/m diseñado de tal manera que el gas de síntesis producido se retira en la sección superior del reactor, la escoria líquida se precipita en las paredes de la cámara del reactor y después tienen un flujo descendente libre, sin ninguna solidificación de la superficie de dicha escoria, el lado inferior de la cámara de reacción tiene una abertura de salida con un borde de descenso de manera que la corriente descendente de la escoria líquida pueda caer libremente desde el borde de descenso; un conducto de remoción de escoria se dispone por debajo de la abertura y desciende en el baño de agua, la sección de pared superior del conducto de remoción de escoria penetra por medio de un agente de enfriamiento y el lado interno del conducto se reviste completamente con un compuesto aislante resistente a la temperatura, la sección inferior del conducto de remoción de escoria que desciende en el baño de agua se humedece mediante una película de agua en el lado interior, las secciones superior e inferior conectadas entre sí de tal manera que la película de agua de la sección de pared superior no entre en contacto con la sección de pared penetrada por un agente de enfriamiento ni con el compuesto aislante.
