Abstract

Reactor de gasificación para la gasificación de flujo arrastrado de combustibles carbonosos sólidos pulverulentos, con una primera cámara de reacción dispuesta en el extremo superior del reactor, cuya sección superior está equipada con un dispositivo de alimentación para la materia prima, y cuyas paredes laterales están provistas de tubos con enfriamiento interna como pared de membrana o serpientes, que permiten el descenso libre de escoria líquida sin solidificación de la superficie de la escoria, y cuyo fondo está provisto de una abertura para salida de la escoria y del gas de síntesis, estando conectada una segunda cámara con el fondo de la abertura, donde el gas bruto se mantiene seco y enfriado por enfriamiento radiante, y estando provisto un dispositivo para generación de una cortina de agua, estando conectado el fondo de la segunda cámara con una tercera cámara, que está equipada con dispositivos de alimentación para agua, un dispositivo de retención para un baño de agua que está conectado a la tercera cámara, estando provisto también el dispositivo con un dispositivo de descarga para una mezcla agua/escoria, y estando provisto un dispositivo de descarga para gas bruto del reactor en el fondo o en la pared lateral de la tercera cámara, con una sección de extensión axialmente simétrica, que forma la transición de la primera a la segunda cámara, y cuyo borde inferior está dispuesto al mismo nivel o por encima del nivel de la salida de la cortina de agua en caída libre.
