Abstract

UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE GASIFICACIÓN VERTICALMENTE SECUENCIADO, DE ETAPAS MÚLTIPLES, CONTINUO, PARA CONVERSIÓN DE MATERIAL DE COMBUSTIBLE CARBONÁCEO SÓLIDO EN GAS DE SÍNTESIS LIMPIO (BAJO EN ALQUITRÁN). EL PROCEDIMIENTO IMPLICA FORMAR UN LECHO DE RESIDUO DE PIRÓLISIS QUE TIENE UNA PROFUNDIDAD Y ANCHURA UNIFORME PARA PASAR GAS DE SÍNTESIS CRUDO DE UN LADO A OTRO DEL MISMO PARA UNA REACCIÓN ENDOTÉRMICA, AL TIEMPO QUE SE CONTROLA LA CAÍDA DE PRESIÓN DE LA ZONA DE REDUCCIÓN, EL TIEMPO DE RESIDENCIA Y LA VELOCIDAD ESPACIAL DE FLUJO DEL GAS DE SÍNTESIS DURANTE LA REACCIÓN ENDOTÉRMICA PARA FORMAR GAS DE SÍNTESIS SUSTANCIALMENTE LIBRE DE ALQUITRÁN, PARA REDUCIR EL CONTENIDO DE CARBONO EN EL RESIDUO DE PIRÓLISIS, Y PARA REDUCIR LA TEMPERATURA DEL GAS DE SÍNTESIS CRUDO EN COMPARACIÓN CON LA TEMPERATURA DE LA ZONA DE OXIDACIÓN PARCIAL.
