Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE GASEIFICAÇÃO COM INSTALAÇÃO DE REMOÇÃO DE ESCÓRIA A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a gaseificação de materiais combustíveis líquidos ou sólidos de grão fino em um reator de leito arrastado, com temperaturas acima do ponto de fusão de cinzas e a uma pressão de 0,3- 8 MPa, sendo um reator de gaseificação e um banho de água dispostos em um vaso de pressão, o dito banho de água sendo instalado abaixo do reator de gaseificação e o reator de gaseificação sendo projetado de tal forma que o gás de síntese produzido é retirado na seção superior do reator, a escória líquida precipitando sobre as paredes da câmara do reator e então tendo um fluxo descendente livre, sem qualquer solidificação da superfície da dita escória, tendo a seção inferior da câmara de reação uma abertura de saída com uma borda de queda de forma que a jusante da escória líquida pode cair livremente da borda de queda; um duto de remoção de escória é disposto abaixo da dita abertura e atinge abaixo dentro do banho de água, sendo a seção superior da parede do duto de remoção de escória penetrado por um agente de resfriamento e o lado interno do duto sendo completamente revestido com um composto isolante resistente a temperatura, sendo a seção inferior do duto de remoção de escória, que atinge abaixo dentro do banho de água, molhada por uma película de água no lado interno, sendo as seções superior e inferior conectadas uma com a outra de tal modo que a película de água da seção de parede superior não entre em contato com a seção de parede penetrada por um agente de resfriamento, nem com o composto isolante.
