Description
- 大気圧より高い圧力に維持するための圧力シェルと;
- 前記圧力シェルの下部に設置されて急冷液を含んでいるスラグ槽と;
- 前記圧力シェルの内側に配置されると共に、運転中に合成ガスを形成できるガス化室を形成するガス化装置壁であって、ガス化装置壁の下部は、前記スラグ槽中の急冷液より上に位置するスラグ放出開口部を備えた狭まっていく壁部分を有する前記ガス化装置壁と;
- 前記スラグ放出開口部と前記スラグ槽との間を下向きに延びるスラグの自由落下軌道と;
- 前記自由落下軌道の少なくとも一部と前記圧力シェルとの間にて前記スラグ槽より上に配置された熱シールドであって、該熱シールドは冷却液を流すことができる壁構造を有し、前記壁構造は上方壁部と下方壁部とからなり、前記上方壁部は前記下方壁部よりも前記スラグ放出開口部に近接して設置され、前記下方壁部は前記上方壁部よりも前記スラグ槽に近接して設置される前記熱シールドと;
を少なくとも備え、
前記熱シールドの前記下方壁部が本質的に非耐火性であることを特徴とする装置により達っせられる。

Claims (11)
- 燃料をガス化して合成ガスを形成する装置(3)であって、その際にスラグ(11)も形成される該装置(3)が、
− 大気圧より高い圧力に維持するための圧力シェル(1)と;
− 前記圧力シェル(1)の下部に設置されて急冷液を含んでいるスラグ槽(15)と;
− 前記圧力シェル(1)の内側に配置されると共に、運転中に合成ガスを形成できるガス化室(2)を形成するガス化装置壁(4)であって、ガス化装置壁(4)の下部は、前記スラグ槽(15)中の急冷液より上に位置するスラグ放出開口部(5)を備えた狭まっていく壁部分(14)を有する前記ガス化装置壁(4)と;
− 前記スラグ放出開口部(5)と前記スラグ槽(15)との間を下向きに延びるスラグ(11)の自由落下軌道(10)と;
− 前記自由落下軌道(10)の少なくとも一部と前記圧力シェル(1)との間にて前記スラグ槽(15)より上に配置された熱シールド(21)であって、該熱シールド(21)は冷却液を流すことができる壁構造を有し、前記壁構造は上方壁部(23)と下方壁部(24)とからなり、前記上方壁部(23)は前記下方壁部(24)よりも前記スラグ放出開口部(5)に近接して設置され、前記下方壁部(24)は前記上方壁部(23)よりも前記スラグ槽(15)に近接して設置される前記熱シールド(21)と;
を少なくとも備え、
前記熱シールド(21)の前記下方壁部(24)が本質的に非耐火性であって、円筒状に配置された複数のスーパーΩチューブからなることを特徴とする装置(3)。 - 前記熱シールド(21)が前記ガス化装置壁(4)から下方に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(3)。
- 前記熱シールド(21)は合成ガスが通過するのを防ぐため前記ガス化装置壁(4)に密封連結されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置(3)。
- 前記熱シールド(21)が前記自由落下軌道(10)の周りにスカートの形状にて設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(3)。
- 前記壁構造がチューブ壁構造からなり、好ましくは前記自由落下軌道(10)の周りに水平に配置された1又は複数のリング形状のチューブ(35)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(3)。
- 前記壁構造は、前記自由落下軌道(10)の方を向いた滑らかな表面を有する滑らかな壁部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(3)。
- 前記熱シールド(21)の前記上方壁部(23)の少なくとも一部が耐火材料(33)の層で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(3)。
- 前記熱シールド(21)の前記上方壁部(23)が自由落下方向に沿って見たとき広がっていく壁を有し、前記下方壁部(24)が前記自由落下軌道(10)の周りに本質的に円筒状に延びることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(3)。
- 前記滑らかな壁部分が前記下方壁部(24)に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(3)。
- 前記圧力シェル(1)の内側に配置されると共に前記ガス化室(2)を形成する前記ガス化装置壁(4)が実質的に冷却液を流すことができる壁構造から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置(3)。
- 前記圧力シェル(1)と前記熱シールド(21)とで環状空間(12)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(3)。
