Abstract

Реактор газификации (10) с соответствующим оборудованием для газификации в восходящем потоке под давлением твердого топлива, которое содержит охлаждаемую камеру высокого давления (4) и внутреннюю обечайку (7) с теплоизоляцией, при этом в верхней части цилиндрической камеры высокого давления размещен как минимум один патрубок (8) для выхода неочищенных газов, а в нижней части – как минимум один патрубок (30) для выведения нижнего продукта, причем камера высокого давления содержит как минимум зону для подвижного слоя (13), размещенный над поверхностью подвижного слоя внутренний циркулирующий восходящий поток (11), а над ним – буферную зону (3), при этом на высоте от 1 до 3 м над поверхностью подвижного слоя размещены патрубки (15) для введения твердого топлива и сопла (16) для впрыскивания первого газифицирующего агента, которые выполнены таким образом, что первый газифицирующий агент впрыскивается в восходящий поток таким образом, что формируется направленный вверх «горячий» центральный поток и направленный вниз пристеночный «холодный» поток, при этом на выходном патрубке нижнего продукта размещено как минимум одно устройство для введения газифицирующего агента (28).
