Abstract
Se proporcionan fibras de carbono recubiertas con agente de encolado que logran excelente adherencia entre las fibras de carbono y una resina de matriz y producen un preimpregnado que tiene excelente estabilidad de propiedades físicas del material compuesto después de almacenamiento a largo plazo y que tienen excelente capacidad de procesamiento de alto orden, un proceso para producir las fibras de carbono recubiertas con agente de encolado, un preimpregnado y un material compuesto reforzado con fibras de carbono. La presente invención proporciona fibras de carbono recubiertas con un agente de encolado que incluye un compuesto epóxico alifático (A) y un compuesto aromático (B) que contiene al menos un compuesto epóxico aromático (B1). Las fibras de carbono tienen una relación (a)/(b) de 0.50 a 0.90 en donde (a) es la altura (cps) de un componente a una energía de unión (284.6 eV) asignada a CHx, C-C y C=C y (b) es la altura (cps) de un componente a una energía de unión (286.1 eV) asignada a C-O en un espectro central de C1s de la superficie del agente de encolado analizado por espectroscopia fotoelectrónica de rayos X usando AIKa1,2 como la fuente de rayos X a un ángulo de despegue de fotoelectrones de 15°.
