Abstract
Una máquina de colada en matriz de una modalidad incluye: un horno de retención que retiene metal fundido; un manguito ubicado fuera del horno de retención y que tiene un puerto de alimentación de metal fundido que pasa a través de un molde; un émbolo que se desliza a través del manguito e incluye un vástago del émbolo y una punta del émbolo fijadas a una punta del vástago del émbolo; un tubo de alimentación de metal fundido empujado contra el manguito para cubrir el puerto de alimentación de metal fundido y alimentar el metal fundido al manguito; y un mecanismo de fuerza de empuje variable que reduce la fuerza de empuje del tubo de alimentación de metal fundido contra el manguito cuando el émbolo se desliza.
