Abstract

Eine Fördervorrichtung für eine Metallschmelze in einem Spritzdruckaggregat beispielsweise einer Metallgussmaschine besitzt einen Vorratsbehälter für die Metallschmelze und einen Förderkanal, in dem die Metallschmelze einem Formhohlraum zugeführt wird. Der Förderkanal umfasst eine Zylinderbohrung, in der ein Kolben axial verstellbar angeordnet ist. In der Zylinderbohrung ist eine Sammelkammer für die Metallschmelze vorgesehen, aus der die Metallschmelze infolge einer axialen Verschiebung des Kolbens durch eine weiterführende Leitung in den Formhohlraum eingebracht werden kann. Die Zylinderbohrung ist von einer 1. Heizvorrichtung umgeben, die zumindest ein Heizelement aufweist.
