Abstract

método e aparelho para prensagem de oleaginosas para extrair óleo das mesmas. um método de extração de óleo de oleaginosa compreendendo prensagem de sementes dentro de uma prensa de parafuso, incluindo um parafuso helicoidal montado rotativamente dentro de um corpo de expeller cilíndrico, em que o corpo do expeller compreende uma seção de alimentação, uma seção de compressão, e uma seção de descarga, em que pelo menos uma saída é fornecida no corpo do expeller, de preferência em ou adjacente seçà seção de alimentação do expeller, o referido método compreendendo a etapa de controlar a temperatura de, pelo menos, a seção de compressão do expeller por intermédio de tal modo que a temperatura do material no interior da seção de compressão não exceda a temperatura de transição vítrea das sementes.
