Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un extrusor para fabricar productos sustitutos de la carne, donde el extrusor comprende una entrada de producto y una salida de producto, y un barril longitudinal que comprende una superficie interna y una superficie externa, y donde el extrusor comprende además medios de calentamiento para calentar al menos una parte de dicha superficie interna, donde dicho barril se interconecta con dicha entrada y salida de producto, donde el extrusor comprende además un rotor dispuesto coaxialmente dentro de dicho barril, donde dicho rotor comprende medios de tracción para rotar dicho rotor en relación con el barril.
