Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo proceso para preparar productos alimenticios a base de cereal tratados térmicamente enriquecidos en ciertos sabores y a productos alimenticios a base de cereal tratados térmicamente obtenibles mediante este proceso. Además, la presente invención se refiere a un proceso para generar una fracción prerreaccionada y a la fracción prerreaccionada en sí. Tal fracción prerreaccionada puede usarse en el proceso de la invención para preparar productos alimenticios a base de cereal tratados térmicamente.
