Abstract
De acuerdo con este método: se dispone de un producto inicial viscoso (P1) que presenta al mismo tiempo una temperatura comprendida entre 5ºC y 70ºC y una viscosidad superior al 100 mPa.s, al menos una bomba (20) prevista corriente arriba de al menos un aireador (30), se transfiere el mismo producto inicial viscoso (P1) hasta dicho al menos un aireador en el cual el producto inicial viscoso se mezcla con un gas (G), inyectado en el aireador, para obtener una espuma líquida (P2) sale en forma continua del aireador, y la espuma líquida (P2) que sale en forma continua de dicho al menos un aireador es empujada en forma continua hacia la entrada de un dispositivo de tratamiento (40) que, en forma continua, divide y luego seca esta espuma líquida para obtener un producto poroso en polvo (P3) que presenta un contenido de materia seca superior a 90%.
