Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a moléculas de anticuerpo que se unen al ligando 1 de muerte programada (PD-L1) y al gen 3 de activación de linfocitos (LAG- 3). Las moléculas de anticuerpo comprenden, preferentemente, un sitio de unión a antígeno basado en CDR para PD-L1 y un sitio de unión a antígeno LAG-3 que puede estar localizado en dos o más bucles estructurales de un dominio CH3 de la molécula de anticuerpo. Las moléculas de anticuerpos de la invención encuentran aplicación, por ejemplo, en la terapia del cáncer.
