Abstract
En el presente se divulga un método para producir D-psicosa. El método para producir D-psicosa comprende someter D-fructosa a epimerización de D-psicosa para producir una solución que contiene D-psicosa, someter la solución que contiene D-psicosa a una primera refrigeración y purificación de iones, someter la solución purificada que contiene D-psicosa a una primera concentración y una segunda refrigeración, someter la solución que contiene D-psicosa, que ha sido sometida a la primera concentración y la segunda refrigeración, a cromatografía para obtener un licor madre que contiene D-fructosa y una solución separada que contiene D-psicosa, y someter la solución separada que contiene D-psicosa a una segunda concentración y una tercera refrigeración para obtener cristales de D-psicosa, en donde el licor madre que contiene D-fructosa obtenido mediante cromatografía se reutiliza en la epimerización de D-psicosa.
