Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar una alulosa con estabilidad a alto rendimiento, concentrando productos obtenidos a partir de la separación de una solución que contiene alulosa de un edulcorante funcional con alta pureza, para reducir el contenido de impurezas tales como fructosa y azúcares reductores y aumentar el contenido de alulosa.
