Abstract

본 발명은 발효과정을 통해 생산되는 1,4-디아미노부탄 발효액으로부터 균체분리, 염 제거, 농축, 불순물 제거 및 회수단계를 거쳐서 고순도, 고수율의 1,4-디아미노부탄을 분리 및 정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 발효과정을 통해 생산되는 1,4-디아미노부탄 발효액으로부터 균체분리, 염 제거, 저온농축, 결정화, 여과, 고온농축 및 증류단계를 거쳐서 고순도, 고수율의 1,4-디아미노부탄을 분리 및 정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
