Abstract
Un aparato y un método para sujetar capas de aleaciones no ferrosas, como aluminio, magnesio y cobre utilizan un sujetador de acero y una máquina de soldadura por puntos. El sujetador y los metales se apilan y el calor de la corriente eléctrica de la máquina de soldar ablanda el aluminio de punto de fusión más bajo permitiendo que el sujetador penetre el aluminio. Una zona de soldadura entre el sujetador y las diversas capas crea una soldadura interna. El sujetador tiene un árbol áspero que es revestido por la zona de soldadura fundida y es duro para resistir la solidificación. Las capas de materiales no conductivos como plásticos y cerámicas también se pueden fijar a una capa conductiva utilizando un sujetador hecho de un material compatible que se extiende a través de un agujero guía y se suelda a o penetra una capa conductiva. El sujetador puede tener proyecciones que reducen inicialmente el área de contacto con la pila. La figura más representativa de la invención es la número 1.
