Abstract
Un método para soldar una porción solapada en la cual una pluralidad de miembros de plancha de acero se sueldan juntos en la porción solapada y al menos uno de los miembros de plancha de acero contiene una estructura de martensita, el método se proporciona con: una etapa de soldadura por puntos de resistencia en la cual la soldadura por puntos (10) que tiene botones de soldadura (12) se forma en la porción solapada; y una etapa para formar porciones fundidas y solidificadas en las que se emite un haz láser, y se forman porciones (15) fundidas y solidificadas de manera que la profundidad de las porciones (15) fundidas y solidificadas es igual a o mayor al 50% del espesor de la plancha respectiva en los miembros de plancha de acero que contienen la estructura de martensita en una posición ubicada externamente a 1 mm de los extremos de los botones de soldadura (12) durante la formación de las porciones (15) fundidas y solidificadas que atraviesan los extremos de los botones de soldadura (12) entre los botones de soldadura (12) y una posición ubicada a 3 mm o más alejada externamente de los extremos de los botones de soldadura (12) por lo cual se evita que las soldaduras por puntos de la porción solapada se rompan en la porción de reblandecida de HAZ.
