Claims (7)
- プレート材と、
ナット及びボルトのうちのいずれか一方であって前記プレート材の表面に配置された第1締結部材と、
前記プレート材の裏面に配置され、前記第1締結部材と溶接可能なザガネと、を備え、
前記第1締結部材と前記プレート材とは、互いに異質の材料で形成されており、
前記第1締結部材及び前記ザガネのうちの少なくともいずれかの座面には、突起が設けられており、
前記第1締結部材は、ナット及びボルトのうちのいずれか他方である第2締結部材に対応しており、
前記プレート材は、
前記第1締結部材の中心軸上に設けられるとともに、該第1締結部材及び前記第2締結部材のうちのボルトである方を通すためのボルト通し孔と、
前記ボルト通し孔の周囲に設けられ、前記突起を貫通させる突起通し孔と、を有し、
前記第1締結部材は、前記プレート材に直接溶接されておらず、該第1締結部材と前記ザガネとが前記突起通し孔を貫通した前記突起において互いに溶接されることによって、該プレート材に接合されている、異材接合構造。 - 請求項1において、
前記突起及び前記突起通し孔は、それぞれ、前記中心軸を中心とした接線方向よりも法線方向に長手に形成されている、異材接合構造。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記ザガネは、前記プレート材の裏面に設けられた凹部に嵌合している、異材接合構造。 - 請求項3において、
前記ザガネ及び前記凹部の横断面形状は、互いに対応する多角形状である、異材接合構造。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記第1締結部材は、ナットであり、
前記第2締結部材は、ボルトである、異材接合構造。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記突起は、前記第1締結部材の座面に設けられている、異材接合構造。 - ナット及びボルトのうちのいずれか一方である第1締結部材を該第1締結部材とは異質の材料で形成されたプレート材に接合する異材接合方法であって、
前記プレート材の表面に前記第1締結部材を配置するとともに、該プレート材の裏面に該第1締結部材と溶接可能なザガネを配置する配置工程と、
前記第1締結部材を前記プレート材に接合する接合工程と、備え、
前記第1締結部材及び前記ザガネのうちの少なくともいずれかの座面には、突起が設けられており、
前記第1締結部材は、ナット及びボルトのうちのいずれか他方である第2締結部材に対応しており、
前記プレート材は、
前記第1締結部材及び前記第2締結部材のうちのボルトである方を通すためのボルト通し孔と、
前記ボルト通し孔の周囲に設けられ、前記突起を貫通させる突起通し孔と、を有し、
前記接合工程は、前記突起通し孔に貫通させた前記突起において、前記第1締結部材と前記ザガネとを互いに溶接することによって、該第1締結部材を前記プレート材に接合する、異材接合方法。
