Abstract

La invención describe un método para producir polvos de materiales cerámicos binarios y ternarios y su aspersión térmica capaz de fabricar recubrimientos con aspersión térmica con propiedades superiores. El polvo contiene por lo menos 30 % en peso de materiales cerámicos ternarios, por lo menos 20 % en peso de boruros de molibdeno binario, por lo menos uno de los boruros binarios de Cr, Fe, Ni, W y Co y un máximo del 10 % en peso de nitruro de boro de tamaño nanométrico y submicrométrico. La fase cristalina primaria de los recubrimientos con aspersión térmica a partir de estos polvos es un material cerámico ternario, mientras las fases secundarias son materiales cerámicos binarios. Los recubrimientos tienen una resistencia extremadamente alta contra la corrosión de metales fundidos, una resistencia extremadamente alta al choque térmico y propiedades tribológicas superiores.
