Abstract

 本発明に従い、切削性改善用粉末を、400~1100℃の範囲で加熱処理した結晶質層状珪酸アルカリとし、該切削性改善用粉末の配合量を、鉄基粉末、合金用粉末および切削性改善用粉末の合計量に対する質量%で、0.01~1.0%の範囲とすることによって、焼結炉の炉内環境に悪影響を及ぼすことなく成形体の焼結ができるだけでなく、優れた旋盤切削性および優れたドリル切削性を兼備した焼結体を得ることが可能な、粉末冶金用混合粉を得ることができる。
