Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la fabricación de cinta de acero laminada en caliente, a partir de un material previo en forma de cinta, obtenido por colada contínua, en el cual el lingote solidificado después de la colada primera se corta en trozos parciales de igual longitud, después estos trozos parciales se alimentan consecutivamente a un horno y en éste se almacenan así como se llevan y mantienen a la temperatura de laminación, y en el cual a continuación los trozos parciales de lingote consecutivamente se llevan a temperatura de laminación para su laminación a un tren de laminación, caracterizado porque los trozos parciales de lingote se introducen en el horno con longitud estirada y se almacenan allí hasta su laminación porque hasta comenzar la laminación se producen previamente un mayor número de trozos parciales de lingote y se almacenan y porque la colada contínua se continúa en forma contínua también durante el servicio de laminación como los trozos parciales de lingote así formados se introducen en el horno y aquí se almacenan de nuevo hasta su laminación.
