Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para el recubrimiento de un substrato transparente con un filtro óptico de multiples capas, el cual presenta por lo menos una capa de plata y una capa antireflejante orientada hacia afuera de óxido de estaño, donde la capa antireflejante (presión parcial E) y una cuota de pulverización de la capa antireflejante (cuoto de pulverización E) predeterminadas, caracterizado porque sobre la capa de plata primeramente se aplica con ayuda de pulverización magnetron catodo una capa protectora de un tipo oxídica m tálica delgada en comparación con la capa antireflejante y precisamente a una presión parcial del oxígeno a la capa de protección reducida con respecto a la presión parcial E y con una cuota o dosis de pulverización reducida comparándola con la cuota de pulverización E o sea de la capa antireflejante, y luego se pone sobre la capa de protección la capa antireflejante.
