Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения нетканных иглопрокалываемых материалов из термопластичных волокон.Целью изобретения является устранение всех недостатков и в первую очередь в разработке способа, с помощью которого при высокой производственной скорости можно получать равномерный прочес с хорошими механическими свойствами.Способ заключается в упрочнении иглопрокалыванием предварительно обработанного полотна, полученного из соединенных нитей, вытянутых из прядильных установок, и отличается тем, что предварительную обработку осуществляют путем термического сцепления прочеса на обеих поверхностях полотна и последующего смешивания нитей с замасливателем, при этом термообработку и упрочнение иглопрокалыванием прочеса осуществляют так что спекшиеся в точках перекрещивания нитей прочеса на сцепленных термообработанных поверхностях полотна снова разрыхляются.
