Description

本发明论及生产针刺纺粘织物的一种工艺。它的内容是:在针刺前先热粘合长丝纤网表面并加润滑剂。
从DE3,009,116号专利中已知欲获得优良的纤网性能,特别是要获得高强度高均匀度的纤网,在针刺前用纤维润滑的方法处理纤网是很重要的。它可以改善滑溜性能,因而可以避免以后针刺工序中断针又可避免长丝损伤。上述的纤维润滑可用喷咀喷射或浸渍等方式进行。现已发现应用喷嘴的缺点是:喷射作用将部分地破坏纤网的粘附与整体状态,而此时的纤网仍保持疏松又未固结。至于松散长丝聚集的浸渍,如浸入润滑浴液或泡沫浸渍,也与上述情况近似,破坏了纤网结构。因此,在进行任何的纤维润滑前,必须以轻微的预针刺对纤网稍加稳定。但是,这样也有缺点,就是必须大大降低生产速度,以避免对其纤维未进行润滑的纤网受到较大的损坏及断针。
根据DE3,009,116号专利,介绍可用以下方法消除不利的预针刺工序。这种方法是:将未经固结的初纺纤网放在旋转筛鼓上,经雾化处理的润滑剂在真空作用下被吸入纤网,並通过多个在筛鼓内部的吸风带吸离而出。此方法的缺点主要是:纤网定量的不匀率仍不能令人满意,在生产上也不可能形成高速,而且,相对来讲,需要复杂的纤网形成设备,包括:真空设备以及复杂的控制装置。
本发明的目的是避免以上缺点,主要是提供一种可以高速生产具有良好的机械性能而又均匀的纤网的工艺。现以发现只要在初纺纤网的表面进行热粘合即可达到上述目的。
按照本发明所提供的以热塑性纤维制成针刺纺粘织物工艺,长丝经纺出拉伸,然后形成纤网。经过改进,纤网具有以下特征:
1)纤网上下两表面均经过热粘合;
2)使用了润滑剂,以及
3)以针刺固结,与此同时长丝交叉点上的粘结点分离并恢复原状,这些粘结点是先前粘合纤网表面时形成的。
由于本工艺使纤网表面轻微地粘合,因此,可以在不破坏纤网结构的情况下,进行纤网运输并使用润滑剂。润滑剂穿过刚粘合的表面,并充分渗透到纤网各处,此润滑作用能满足下一步,甚至在高速下进行的针刺工序。应用这种工艺,可以接近现行工艺两倍的速度,在特殊情况下甚至以更高的生产速度制造出定量均匀的优良纺粘织物。生产速度随纤网重量而变。本发明工艺可达约40米/分,特殊情况下还可高达约60米/分。而常规生产针刺纺粘织物的生产速度一般不超过20米/分。本发明工艺之所以可能形成高速度生产,主要是因为应用卓有成效的快速热粘合操作,取代了速度受到限制的预针刺工艺及在筛鼓上进行的真空纤维润滑工艺。纤网表面热粘合的作用是使纤网表面的长丝纤维间在相互的交叉点处,在彼此均不熔化的情况下,产生轻微的粘合。更确切的说;在纤网表面上的这些纤维的表面是软化而未熔化,这种软化状态在纤维的交叉点处产生一种粘结作用。由初始粘合而在长丝间形成的粘结,在针刺时可以分离,恢复原状,因此最终产品是一种仅由针刺固结,而非热熔固化的纤网。
按照本发明,仅在纤网表面进行热粘合,而其芯部仍为原来状态,该纤网能承受负荷,经的起运输,并形成可以进行纤维润滑的长丝聚集,当使用润滑剂时,其结构不致破坏。由于以上措施,在针刺工序后可产生出高度均匀的纤网,针刺时表面层的初始粘合随即脱开,所有实例中介绍的纤网均匀性均按照Din53854中规定的变异系数CV值作记录。
纤网两面开始时的粘合层深度最好不超过0.2毫米。
热粘合可以下列方法实现:如热辊、热传送带、热台板以及其它各种热表面物,或以热辐射方法,如红外线。优选选择是用热辊,特别理想的是将纤网引入一对轧辊之间的轧点。热辊及纤网表面的温度均低于所选用热塑性长丝的熔点。例如:聚丙烯纤网(熔点165℃),轧辊选择温度为120~140℃。在此采用轧机的优点是可借助轧辊压力,加强在已软化而未熔化的纤维在彼此的交叉点上粘结的作用。根据不同的纤网重量,长丝纤度、温度所用热塑性长丝种类、生产速度等来优选合理的轧辊轧点尺寸及轧辊压力。
本发明的制造纤网工艺可适用于所有能满足粘纺技术要求的热塑材料。制造纺粘织物最好用聚烯烃类长丝,如:聚乙烯长丝,聚丙烯长丝,聚酰胺长丝,聚脂长丝。特别理想的是聚丙烯长丝,包括聚丙烯均聚物长丝及丙烯-乙烯共聚物长丝。生产的纤网定量范围约为30~2500克/米2,最好是约为100~2000克/米2
不仅水可作为润滑剂,其它通常在纺织技术应用的纤维润滑剂均可使用,如上面举例介绍的DE3、009、116专利号中所述。润滑剂可按常规方法应用,如:用喷射方法或用浸渍辊。
以后的针刺工序是在众所周知的针刺机上进行的,如DE3,009,116号专利上介绍的,以单级或多级进行针刺的以达到所要求的固结程度。例1:
MFI(按照Din53735,当温度为230度,负荷为2.16公斤时的熔体流动指数)为17~21,分子量分布为2.3~2.7的聚丙烯在挤出机内在230°-260℃温度下,从1米宽的试验喷丝组件内,由喷丝板注出形成纤维,再经过气流输送,拉伸至纤度为8~12分特,然后以无规铺置的细丝状结构落到移动传送带上。传送带速度为25米/分时,所生产纤网的定量为110克/米2。然后这些仍未固结的片状结构经喂入传送带进入双辊轧机。由油加热并保持表面温度为125~130℃的轧辊施加给疏松纤网结构以30~35牛/毫米的线压力。该压力只给纤网表面的纤维一种可以恢复原状的固结作用。这些纤维在热的作用下软化,再加上来自轧辊压力使纤维之间的交叉点上产生一种粘结的效果。粘结给纤网的上下表皮层产生足够的承受负荷能力,表皮层的粘结最终将分离並恢复原状,表皮层的厚度小于0.1毫米。在这种情况下,至少占全部纤维80%的纤网芯部仍保持未固结。
然后在浸轧机内将上述预成纤网以润滑剂加湿,接着将已表面粘合并经纤维润滑的纤网进行两级针刺(每级为:80针/厘米2),在此过程中,初期形成的粘合纤网表面全部再分离松解恢复原状。
所得纤网具有以下特征:
定量(Din53854) 110克/米2
定量不匀率(Din53854)  8%
条样断裂强度(Din53857/2)  780牛/10厘米
抗顶破穿刺性X(Din54307)  1320牛
例2:
重复例1过程,以3米/分的传送带速度,生产定量为1000克/米2的纤网。预固结是在轧辊表面温度为120~125℃,线压力为40牛/毫米的条件下进行的。初期形成粘合表皮层厚0.2毫米,未固结部分的纤维不少于90~95%。

例3:
重复例1过程,以35米/分的传送带速度,生产定量为70克/米2的纤网。预固结是在轧辊表面温度为120~135℃,线压力为20~30牛/毫米的条件下进行的。初期形成的粘合表皮层厚0.05毫米,未固结部分的纤维不少于60%。

条样断裂强度  43.0牛/10厘米
抗顶破穿刺性  840牛
例4:
重复例1过程,以熔体流动指数MFI(280℃/2.16公斤)为40~45,相对粘度为1.3~1.4的聚酯,于280~300℃纺丝,纤度为2-8分特,以27米/分的生产速度成网,纤网定量为100克/米2。以轧辊表面温度为180~190℃,线压力为25~30牛/毫米时在轧机上预固结。
纤网性能:
定量 100克/米2
定量不匀率  8%
条样断裂强度  680牛/10厘米
抗顶破穿刺性  1140牛
例5:
重复例1过程,以相对粘度2.4~2.5的耐纶6为原料,纺丝温度300~310℃,纤度6~8分特,纤网生产速度10米/分,纤网定量250克/米2。以轧辊表面温度为190~200℃,线压力为30~35牛/毫米时,在轧机上预固结。
纤网性能:
定量 250克/米2
定量不匀率  6%
条样断裂强度  1710牛/10厘米
抗顶破穿刺性  2800牛
例6:重复例1过程,以熔体流动指数MFI(190℃/2.16公斤)为12~14的高密度聚乙烯(HDpE),于210~240℃纺丝,纤度8~12分特,以25米/分的生产速度成网,纤网定量为110克/米2。以轧辊表面温度为90~110℃,线压力为25~30牛/毫米,在轧机预固结。
纤维性能:
定量 110克/米2
定量不匀率  8%
条样断裂强度  550牛/10厘米
抗顶破穿刺性  920牛

Claims (6)

1、在以热塑性纤维制造针刺粘纺织物工艺中,长丝经纺出、拉伸、成网。
经过改进,纤网形成时包括如下步骤:
1)纤网上下表面均经过热粘合,
2)使用了润滑剂,以及
3)以针刺固结,与此同时长丝交叉点上的粘结点分离并恢复原状,这些粘结点是先前粘合纤网表面时形成的。
2、权利要求1所述的工艺中,包括纤网两表面粘合层深度小于0.2毫米。
3、权利要求1所述的工艺中,包括纤网表面用热辊进行粘合。
4、权利要求1所述的工艺中,包括纤网表面以热轧辊进行粘合。
5、权利要求1所述的工艺中,包括所用热塑性长丝为:聚酰胺长丝或聚脂长丝、聚烯烃长丝。
6、权利要求1所述的工艺中,包括热塑性长丝由聚丙烯制成。
