Abstract

The invention relates to the process for obtaining un wove needle pierced materials of of thermoplastic fibers.The purpose of the invention consists in removing all disadvantages and first of all in the process development, by means of which at a high productivity speed can be obtained a uniform web with good mechanical properties.The process consists in strengthening by needle piercing the pretreated cloth, obtained of joined threads, withdrawn from the spinning machine and it is characterized by the fact that the pretreatment id performed by the thermal engagement of the web on the both sides of the cloth and subsequent mixing of thereads with the oil, the thermal treatment and reinforcement of the top by needle piercing is realized so that the sintered in the crossing point threads of the web on the engaged thermotreated surfaces of the cloth are loosen again.
