Claims (6)
- LV 11044 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. Hidrofobo īpašību piešķiršanas paņēmiens ādām un kažokādām, kas atšķiras ar to, ka savienojumu ar vispārējo formulu I R3 R, — N — CH2CH — COOX I A R2 kurā R-ļ apzīmē piesātinātu vai nepiesātinātu alkilatlikumu vai alkoksilatlikumu ar 1-22 oglekļa atomiem, ieteicams ar 12-18 oglekļa atomiem, R2 apzīmē alkilatlikumu ar 1-18 oglekļa atomiem, piesātinātu vai nepiesātinātu karboksilalkilatlikumu ar 3-4 oglekļa atomiem, vai karboksilfenilatlikumu, vai karboksilatlikumu (-COOH), R3 apzīmē ūdeņraža atomu vai CH3-grupu un X apzīmē ūdeņraža atomu, sārmu metāla, sārmzemju metāla atomus, amonija, alkilamonija, vai alkanolamonija grupu, un A apzīmē > C=0, > SO2, — c vai alkilenatlikumu ar 0-3 C-atomiem, 0,1-25 masas %, ieteicams 1-15 masas %, rēķinot uz nošķeltās ādas masu vai mitrās kažokādas masu, pie pH vērtības no 4 līdz 9 pakļauj mijiedarbībai ar apstrādājamām ādām vai kažokādām miecēšanas laikā vai pēc tās, pēc tam noregulē pH robežās no 3,5 līdz 5,0 un pēc apstrādes nostiprina vajadzības gadījumā ar 2-, 3- vai 4-vērtīga metāla sāli, ieteicams ūdens šķīdumā.
- 2. Paņēmiens pēc 1 .p-ta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka lai piedotu hidrofobas īpašības, pielieto produktu, kas satur 5-80 masas %, vēlams 10-70 masas %, savienojumu ar vispārējo formulu I, vēlams vismaz daļēji neitralizētā formā, nepieciešamības gadījumā 20-70 masas %, vēlams 30-60 masas % ogļūdeņražu, nepieciešamības gadījumā šķīdināšanas aģentus un pārējo līdz 100% ūdeni.
- 3. Paņēmins pēc 1. vai 2. p-ta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka hidrofobo īpašību veidošanai ievadītais līdzeklis satur fosforskābes mono- vai diesterus ar spirtiem ar ķēžu garumu no C4 līdz C2o> vēlams C-|6*Cl8> kuras nepieciešamības gadījumā ir oksialkilētas, apjomā no 0,5 līdz 30 masas %, vēlams no 1 līdz 20 masas %, rēķinot uz 100g ievadītā līdzekļa hidrofobo īpašību veidošanai.
- 4. Paņēmiens pēc viena no 1 .-3. p-tiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka hidrofobo īpašību veidošanas līdzeklis satur silikonu eļļas, ieteicams dimetil- vai metilfenilpolisiloksānus apjomā no 0,5 līdz 80 masas %, vēlams 1-10 masas %, rēķinot uz 10Og hidrofobo īpašību veidošanai ievadītā līdzekļa.
- 5. Paņēmiens pēc viena no 1 .-4.p-tiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka hidrofobo īpašību veidošanas līdzeklis satur no 0,5 līdz 50 masas %, vēlams no 2 līdz 20 masas % oleīnskābes sarkozīdu, rēķinot uz 100g hidrofobo īpašību veidošanai ievadītā līdzekļa.
- 6. Paņēmiens pēc viena no 1 .-5. p-tiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka hidrofobo īpašību veidošanas līdzeklis satur parafīnus un/vai hlorparafīnus.
