Abstract
본 발명은 밀봉재용 조성물 및 밀봉재에 관한 것으로서, 상기 밀봉재용 조성물 및 이 밀봉재용 조성물에서 얻어지는 에칭 장치용 밀봉재는 밀봉재로서의 강도를 유지하고 용출금속분을 적게할 수 있으며, 상기 밀봉재용 조성물은 플루오로올레핀과 퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르로부터 유도된 반복단위를 주성분으로 하는 불소계 탄성체에 불소계 수지 미분말을 5∼50중량% 배합하여 생성된 밀봉재용 조성물이며, 이 조성물을 가황한 후에 용출 금속분이 8ppb이하인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (11)
- 플루오로올레핀과 퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르로부터 각각 유도된 반복단위를 주성분으로 하는 불소계 탄성체에 불소계 수지미분말을 5∼50중량% 배합하여 이루어진 밀봉재용 조성물에 있어서, 상기 조성물을 가황한 후의 용출금속분이 8ppb이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉재용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 탄성체는 테트라플루오로에틸렌으로부터 유도된 반복단위, 퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르로부터 유도된 반복단위 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌을 제외한 플루오로올레핀 또는 올레핀으로부터 유도된 반복단위로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉재용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 수지미분말은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 퍼플루오로알콕시의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 테트라플루오로에틸렌의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌의 공중합체, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리불화비닐 및 비닐리덴플루오라이드계 공중합체 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 불소계 수지이고, 상기 불소계 수지의 평균입자 직경은 0.2∼50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉재용 조성물.
- 플로오로올레핀과 퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르로부터 유도된 반복단위를 주성분으로 하는 불소계 탄성체에 불소 수지미분말을 5∼50중량% 배합하고, 가황한 후의 용출금속분이 8ppb이하인 밀봉재용 조성물을 성형하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에칭 장치용 밀봉재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 경도가 50∼90℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 에칭 장치용 밀봉재.
- 플루오로올레핀과 퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르로부터 각각 유도된 반복단위를 주성분으로 하는 불소계 탄성체 100중량부와, 비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로플로필렌 공중합체, 비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프필렌-테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 프로필렌-테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체 및 플루오로실리콘 중합체로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 중합체 5∼200중량부를 혼합하여 이루어진 탄성체에 불소계 수지미분말을 5∼50중량% 배합하여 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉재용 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조성물을 가황한 후에 용출 금속분이 8ppb이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉재용 조성물.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 수지 미분말은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 퍼플루오로알콕시의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 테트라플루오로에틸렌의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌의 공중합체, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리불화비닐 및 비닐리덴플루오라이드계 공중합체 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 불소계 수지이고, 이 불소계 수지의 평균 입자 직경은 0.2∼500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉재용 조성물.
- 플푸오로올레핀과 퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르로부터 각각 유도된 반복 단위를 주성분으로 하는 불소계 탄성체 100중량부와, 비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로플로필렌-테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 프로필렌-테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 공중합체 또는 플루오로실리콘 중합체 5∼200중량부를 혼합하여 생성된 탄성체에 불소계 수지 미분말을 5∼50중량% 배합하여 생성된 밀봉재용 조성물을 성형하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에칭 장치용 밀봉재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 경도가 50∼90°인 것을 특징으로 하는 에칭 장치용 밀봉재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 용출 금속분이 8ppb이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에칭 장치용 밀봉재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
