Abstract
본 발명은 소취제, 방향제, 진균제 또는 방충제에서 유효성분으로서 사용되는 휘발성 유상물질로 일부 또는 전면 착색된 표면을 갖는 수지층을 갖는 부직포를 함침시키므로서 수득되고, 부직포로 부터 관찰 가능한 수지층이 관찰 가능한 상태로 부터 부직포에 의해 마스크된 상태로 이행되는 것을 근거로 하여, 경시적으로 발생하는 유상물질의 휘산 정도를 표시하기 위해 사용되는 표시재료에 관한 것으로, 상기 표시재료는 섬도가 2 데니르 이상인 화인-데니르 섬유를 함유하는 부직포를 사용하거나 또는 부분적으로 변화된 밀도를 갖는 부직포를 사용하므로서 경시적으로 유상물질의 휘산 정도를 비교적 명료하게 표시하는 부직포를 함유하여 통상적인 표시재료의 문제점을 해결한다.

Claims (32)
- 섬도가 2 데니르 이하인 화인 (fine)-데니르 섬유를 함유하는 부직포로 형성되고 빛에 대해 낮은 굴절율을 갖는 보지체의 한면상의 일부 또는 전면 착색된 표면을 갖는 수지층을 형성하고, 보지체를 상온 또는 가온 휘발성 유상물질로 함침시키므로서 제공되는, 보지체측으로 부터 관찰된 수지층이 관찰가능한 상태로 부터 경시적으로 발생하는 유상물질의 휘산에 의한 보지체-마스크된 상태로 이행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 섬도가 2 데니르 이하인 화인-데니르 섬유를 9 ~ 100 중량% 함유하는 표시재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 섬도가 2 데니르 이하인 화인-데니르 섬유를 20 ~ 100 중량% 함유하는 표시재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 섬도가 1 데니르 이하인 화인-데니르 섬유를 함유하는 표시재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 0.1 ~ 0.5 g/㎝3 의 밀도를 갖는 표시재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 50 ㎝3/m2 이상의 부직포 공극량을 갖는 표시재료.

- 제 1 항, 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유상물질이 상온 또는 가온 휘발성의 유상성 방충ㆍ살충제인 표시재료.

- 밀도를 부분적으로 변화시키고 빛에 대해 더 낮은 굴절율을 갖는 부직포로 형성된 보지체의 한면상에 일부 또는 전면 착색된 표면을 갖는 수지층을 형성하고, 보지체를 상온 또는 가온 휘발성 유상물질로 함침시키므로서 제조되는, 보지체측으로 부터 관찰되는 수지층이 경시적으로 발생하는 유상물질의 휘산에 의해 관찰 가능한 상태로 부터 보지체-마스크 상태로 이행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포중 상대적으로 높은 밀도를 갖는 부분이 상대적으로 밀도가 낮은 부분으로 둘러싸인 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 실질적으로 균일한 밀도를 갖는 부직포를 부분적으로 압축시켜 수득된 밀도를 부분적으로 변화시킨 부직포인 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 섬도가 2 데니르 이하인 화인-데니르 섬유를 함유하는 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 섬도가 2 데니르 이하인 화인-데니르 섬유를 9 ~ 100 중량% 함유하는 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 섬도가 2 데니르 이하인 화인-데니르 섬유를 20 ~ 100 중량% 함유하는 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 섬도가 1 데니르 이하인 화인-데니르 섬유를 함유하는 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 열융착 섬유를 함유하는 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 보지체로서의 부직포가 습식 초지법으로 제조된 부분적으로 변화된 밀도의 부직포에 의해 수득된 부직포인 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 수지층이 일부 또는 전면 착색된 열가소성 수지인 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 수지층이 인쇄법에 의해 일부 또는 전면 착색된 표면을 갖는 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 유상물질의 휘산종료 효과를 표시하는 인쇄부가 보지체로서의 부직포중 수지층을 갖는 표면의 반대쪽 표면상 고밀도 부분에 형성되며, 수지층의 착색부분 보다 더 낮은 강도이면서 동색계인 표시재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 유상물질의 휘산종료 효과를 표시하는 인쇄부가 부직포중 수지층을 갖는 표면의 반대쪽 표면상에 형성되며, 수지층의 착색부분의 강도와 동일하거나 또는 그 이상이고 동색계이거나 또는 부직포와 동색계인 표시재료.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 유상물질의 휘산종료 효과를 표시하는 인쇄부가 보지체로서의 부직포중 수지층을 갖는 표면의 반대쪽 표면상 저밀도 부분에 형성되는 표시재료.
- 제 15 항, 제 26 항 또는 제 27 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유상물질이 상온 또는 가온 휘발성의 유상성 방충ㆍ살충제인 표시재료.
- 제 29 항에 있어서, 유상성 방충ㆍ살충제가 증산성 피레트로이드-함유 살충제인 표시재료.
- 섬도가 2 데니르 이하인 화인-데니르 섬유를 함유하는 표시재료용 부직포.
- 밀도가 부분적으로 변화된 표시재료용 부직포.
