Abstract
본 발명은 페달(1)에 의해 작동 가능한 마스터 실린더(2), 전자 제어 유닛(3)에 의해 제어가능하고 차량의 휠 브레이크(7,8)가 직접 연결되고 밸브 조립체(16,17)에 의해 차단 가능한 유로(11,12)를 거쳐 마스터 실린더 (2)에 연결되는 브레이크압 발생기(4,5) 감속 지시를 인지하는 하나 이상의 센서 장치(13,22,23) 및 마스터실린더와 상호 작용하는 하나 이상의 시뮬레이터 챔버(14,15)를 구비한 자동차용 전자 제어식 브레이크 작동 시스템을 개시하고 있다. 그러나 시스템의 작동. 특히 브레이크압 발생기의 동력을 개선하는 한편, 전체 시스템의 반응 시간을 감소시키기 위해, 본 발명은 밸브 시스템이 시간 지연을 두고 전자제어 유닛에 의해 제어될수 있는 솔레노이드 밸브로서 밸브(16,17)의 형태를 취할 것을 제안한다. 브레이크압 발생기(4,5)의 해제 위치에서, 저압 어큐물레이터(51,52)는 브레이크압 발생기(4,5)의 압력 챔버에 연결되고 휠 브레이크(7,8)에 연결 된다.

Claims (8)
- 작동 페달에 의해 작동 가능한 마스터 브레이크 실린더, 전자 제어 유닛에 의해 작동 가능하고 차량의 휠 브레이크에 직접 연결되고 밸브 조립체에 의해 폐쇄가능한 유압 연결부에 의해 마스터 브레이크 실린더에 연결될 수 있는 브레이크압 발생기, 운전자의 감속 의도를 인지하는 하나 이상의 센서 장치, 및 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더와 상호 작용하는 하나 이상의 시뮬레이터 챔버를 포함하는 , 자동차용 전자 제어식 브레이크 작동 시스템이 있어서, 상기 밸브 조립체는 시간 지연을 두고 전자 제어 유닛(23)에 의해 작동 가능한 솔레노이드 밸브(16,17)로서 형성되며, 브레이크압 발생기(4,5)으이 해제 위치에서 휠 브레이크(7,8)에 연결될 브레이크압 발생기(4,5)의 압력 챔버에 저압 어큐물레이터(51,52)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전자 제어식 브레이크 작동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저압 어뮤물레이터(51,52)와 브레이크압 발생기(4,5)의 압력 챔버사이의 상기 연결부는 상기 브레이크압 발생기 피스톤(34,35)의 운동에 의해 작동 가능한 밸브 조립체(61,62)에 의해 폐쇄될 수 있는것을 특징으로 하는 전자 제어식 브레이크 작동 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 밸브 조립체(61,62)는 브레이크압 발생기 피스톤(34,35)에 있는 하나 이상의 구멍(61)으로서 형성되며, 상기 구멍(16)은 저압 어뮤물레이터(51,52)에 연결되고, 압력 챔버내로 종료되고, 그로부터 축방향으로 이격된 밀봉 슬리브(62)와 상호 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 제어식 브레이크 작동 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2) 쪽으로 개방된 비복귀(53,54)에 의해 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)에 저압 어큐뮬레이터(51,52)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 브레이크압 발생기는 전기 모터에 의해 피스톤이 작동되는 유압 실린더로서 형성되며, 상기 작동은 피스톤(34,35)과 직류 모터(44,45)사이에 개재된 볼-나사형 구동기 조립체(41)에 의해 이루어지며, 직류 모터(44,45)의 샤프트(43)는 중공이고, 볼-나사형 구동기 조립체(41)의 스핀들(42)을 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 제어식 브레이크 작동 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스핀들(42)은, 샤프트(43)에 동축상으로 배치된 안내판(57)의 슬롯(58)에서 안내되는 룰러(56)를 지지하고 상기 스핀들의 축에 수직으로 배치된 횡방향 핀(55)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 작동력은 브레이크압 발생기 피스톤(34,35)에서 안내되는 힘 전달 부재(59)에 의해 스핀들(42)로부터 브레이크압 발생기 피스톤(34,35)에 전달되며, 상기 브레이크압 발생기 피스톤(34,35)은 압축스프링(60)을 매개로 하여 힘 전달 부재(59)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제어식 브레이크 작동시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 솔레노이드밸브(16,17),비복귀밸브(53,54), 및 저압 어큐뮬레이터(51,52)는 유압 실린더(24,25)의 하우징에 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
