Abstract
본 발명은 코어와, 상기 코어에 부착되는 연삭성 세그먼트를 포함하는 연삭재 도구에 관한 것으로서, 연삭성 세그먼트는 본드 재료와 초연삭재성 그레인을 포함하고, 세그먼트는 둘레를 따라 이격되는 2개 이상의 영역을 포함하며, 초연삭재성 그레인은 상기 영역 내에서 고밀도 및 저 밀도로 번갈아서 분산되는 연삭재 도구에 관한것이다.
본 발명은 또한 코어와, 상기 코어에 부착되는 연삭성 세그먼트를 포함하는 연삭재 도구에 관한 것으로서, 연삭성 세그먼트는 본드 재료와 초연삭재성 그레인을 포함하고, 세그먼트는 둘레를 따라 이격되는 2개 이상의 영역을 포함하며, 초연삭재성 그레인은 상기 영역이외의 모든 영역 내에서 고밀도 및 저 밀도로 번갈아서 분산되는 연삭재 도구에 관한 것이다.

개량된 초 연삭재 도구(Improved superabrasive tool)

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 세그먼트로 구성된 세그먼트 연삭용 블레이드를 도시한 부분 측면도.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 둘레를 따라 이격된 영역이 구비되며, 상기 영역이외의 모든 다른 영역에서 초연삭재용 그레인이 번갈아서 분산되는 연삭용 세그먼트를 도시한 사시도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 둘레를 따라 이격된 영역이 구비되며, 상기 영역에서 초연삭재용 그레인이 고밀도 및 저밀도로 번갈아서 분산되는 연삭용 세그먼트에 대한 또다른 실시예를 도시한 사시도.

Claims (10)
- 코어와, 상기 코어에 부착되는 연삭성 세그먼트를 포함하는 연삭재 도구에 있어서, 연삭성 세그먼트는 본드 재료와 초연삭재 그레인을 포함하고, 상기 세그먼트는 둘레를 따라 이격되는 2개 이상의 영역을 포함하며, 초연삭재 그레인은 상기 영역 내에서 고밀도 및 저 밀도로 번갈아서 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭재 도구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연삭성 세그먼트는 금속 본드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭재 도구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연삭성 세그먼트는 이차 연삭재를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭재 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어는 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭재 도구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연삭 회전바퀴가 절단 톱날인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭재 도구.
