Abstract
미정질 알루미나로 형성된 구조적인 필라멘터리 입자로 합체된 초연마재 공구는 입자 배향에 따른중요한 장점을 제공한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 콘크리트(cocrete)를 절단하는데 사용되는 세그먼트 휠(segment wheel)의 부분 측면도.
제2도는 연마재 필라멘트(abrasive filament)가 형성시 세그먼트의 본체에 놓여진 것을 제외하고는 제1도에 도시된 것과 유사한 휠의 부분을 도시한 사시도.
제3도는 폴드(6)의 상부가 2개의 필라멘트 단부를 노출시키도록 그라인딩 전의 제2도의 세그먼트의 단면도.
제4도는 필라멘터리 연마재(7; filamentary abrasive)가 그라인딩 표면(grinding surface)에 평행한 단단한 팬폴드(fanfold)에 놓여 있는, 제1도 내지 제3도에 도시된 바와같이 세그먼트 휠에 부착되도록 설계된 세그먼트의 단면도.
제5도는 인접 모서리와 세그먼트의 측부에 평행하게 놓인 필라멘터리 연마입자를 노출시키도록 마모시기 후의 제4도의 세그먼트의 평면도.
제6도는 제4도의 단면도와 수직한, 제4도 및 제5도에 도시된 세그먼트의 단면도.
Claims (8)
- 본질적으로 균일한 배향(orientation)을 가진 미정질 알루미나 필라멘터리(alumina filamentary)와 하나 이상의 초연마재 성분을 함유하는 분산된 연마입자(abrasive grain)를 가진 결합제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마제 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘터리 입자(filamentary particle)는 본질적으로 공구의 절단 또는 마모 표면에 수직하게 배향된 것을 특징으로 하는 연마재 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘터리 입자는 절단 표면에 평행하고 그 측면 모서리에 인접하게 배향된 것을 특징으로 하는 연마재 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘터리 입자는 연마재, 고온 안정 윤활제 및 그라인딩 보조물(grinding aid)에서 선택된 첨가제의 미세 분할입자와 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 연마재 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제는 금속 결합제인 것을 특징으로 하는 연마재 공구.
- 제2항에 따른 연마재 공구인 세그먼트(segment)를 포함하는 세그먼트 휠.
- 제3항에 따른 연마재 공구인 세그먼트(segment)를 포함하는 세그먼트 휠.
