Abstract
연삭 공구, 특히 연삭 휘일용 연삭 림은 다이아몬드나 CBN 연삭 입자와 함께금속 결합된 또는 세라믹 결합된 고온 압축된 혹은 (비가압)소결된 연삭 입자를 분쇄하여 성형된다
이런 연삭 림을 가진 연삭 휘일은 칩 여유 간극이 크고 내마모성이 크며 자생 능력이 크고 기계적 내성이 크며 림과 코어의 직접 결합이 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (9)
- 연삭 공구, 특히 연삭 휘일용 연삭 림에 있어서, 다이아몬드나 CBN 연삭 입자와 금속 결합이나 세라믹 결합 등의 열간 압축 혹은 (비가압)소결된 연삭 입자를 분쇄하여 성형된 수지 결합 연삭 미세 세그먼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭 공구용 연삭 림.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다이아몬드나 CBN입도가 MD2O(20 미크론)내지 D30l(50/60 메쉬) 또는 MB20(20 미크론) 내지 B427(40/50 메쉬)인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭 림.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다이아몬드나 CBN 연삭 입자와 함께 금속 또는 세라믹 결합된 열간 압축된 혹은 (비가압)소결된 연삭 입자를 분쇄하여 상승되는 연삭 미세세그먼트 크기가 약 1/4 내지 3mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭 림.
- 제3항에 있어서, 연삭 미세 세그먼트 내의 다이아몬드나 CBN농도가 입방센티미터당 8.8 캐럿(FEPA K200또는 480V)을 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭 림.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 연삭 림 내의 연삭 미세세그먼트의 체적 비율이 약 30 내지 60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭 림.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 바와 같은 연삭 공구, 특히 연삭 위일용 연삭 림을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 연삭 미세세그먼트가 다이아몬드나 CBN 입자와 함께 고온 압축된 흑은 (비가압) 소결된 금속 또는 세라믹 결합된 연삭 입자 덩어리로 형성되고 이를 수지 결합제에 의해 결합하고 코어에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 0.2 내지 3mm의 미세 팰릿 형태의 연삭 입자 덩어리를 연삭 미세세그먼트로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 다이아몬드나 CBN입자와 함께 기존 또는 재생의 열간 압축된 혹은 (비가압)소결된 금속 또는 세라믹 결합 연삭 림을 분쇄하여 얻어진 연삭 입자 덩어리를 연삭 미세세그먼트로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항의 방법에 따라 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭 휘일.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
