Abstract

본 발명은 <공극형성> 보조재, 즉 세라믹으로 제조된 현저한 중공의 비드를 함유하는, 매우 경질인 연삭성 입자 및 금속성 매트릭스를 갖는 결합재를 포함하는 초연삭성 숫돌차에 관한 것이다.
당해 숫돌차는 유리제품의 기계가공 또는 연삭, 특히 유리판 모서리의 연삭에 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 다이아몬드 또는 입방성 질화붕소 형태의 매우 경질인 연삭성 입자 및 금속성 매트릭스를 갖는 결합재를 기본으로 하고, “공극 형성”보조재를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 초연삭성 숫돌차.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, “공극 형성”보조재가 세라믹, 특히 알루미나 또는 멀라이트로 제조된 중공 비드(bead)임을 특징으로 하는 숫돌차.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중공 비드이 외경이 1μ 내지 3㎜, 특히 100μ 내지 1mm임을 특징으로 하는 숫돌차.
  4. 제1항 내지 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공 비드의 벽 두께가 2 내지 8㎛, 특히 4 내지 6㎛임을 특징으로 하는 숫돌차.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, “공극 형성”보조재가, 숫돌차의 전체 용적을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 80용적%, 특히 5 내지 50용적%, 예를 들어 약 30용적%의 비율로 부가됨을 특징으로 하는 숫돌차.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선택되는 결합재의 금속성 매트릭스가 청동, 은, 코발트, 철 및 동으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 숫돌차.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속성 매트릭스를 갖는 결합재가 하나 이상의 첨가제, 특히 텅스텐 카바이드 형태의 첨가제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 숫돌차.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연삭성 입자 함량이, 숫돌차의 전체 용적을 기준으로 하여, 5 내지 60%, 특히 10 내지 30%임을 특징으로 하는 숫돌차.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연삭성 입자가 FEPA 표준화 코딩(coding)에서 과립 크기가 4 내지 1182, 특히 약 40 내지 90인 원형 또는 침상임을 특징으로 하는 숫돌차.
  10. 유리제품을 기계가공하거나 연삭하기 위한, 특히 유리판 모서리를 연삭하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 숫돌차의 용도.
