Abstract

본 발명에 따른 제올라이트는 회토류를 포함하고 ZSM-5와 ZSM-11의 공결정 구조를 가지는 것으로 ZSM-11 결정구조를 가진 부분에 대한 ZSM-5결정구조를 가진 부분의 중량비가 0.1-10 이고 나트륨-제올라이트의 형태에서 표 1의 X-선 회절무늬를 나타내며, 합성시의 무수 상태에서 산소원자의 몰수비로 나타낸 화학식은 0.1-1.0Na2O·0.1-1.ORE2O3·Al2O3·20-300SiO2이다. 본 발명에 따른 제올라이트는 산성 열수작용에 안정하며 불순물에 잘 오염되지 않는 성질이 있고, 여러 가지 탄화수소 변환 반응에 촉매로서 유용하다.

Claims (10)

  1. (1) ZSM-5와 ZSM-11의 공결정 구조를 가지고, ZSM-11 결정구조를 가지는 부분에 대한 ZSM-5 결정구조를 가지는 부분의 중량비가 0.1 내지 10이고;
    (2) 합성시 무수 상태에서 산소원자의 몰수비로 나타낸 화학식이 XNa2O·YRE2O3·Al2O3·ZSiO2(단, X=0.1-1.0, Y=0.01-1.0, Z=20-300)이고;
    (3) 표 1의 X-선 회절무늬를 갖고;
    (4) n-헥산, 시클로헥산 및 물에 대한 흡착용량이 각각 중량 9 내지 11%, 3 내지 5% 및 4 내지 8%인 것을 특징으로 하는 회토류를 포함하는 결정성 알루미노실리케이트(aluminosilicate)제올라이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회토류는, 단일 회토류 원소 또는 그의 혼합물인 제올라이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트의 제조 방법은, 물유리, C2-C8디아민 밀 물로 이루어진 균일 혼합물 I과 알루미늄 원료, 무기산, 회토류 원소의 염 및 물로 이루어진 균일 혼합물 II을 세게 교반시키면서 혼합하여 젤을 형성하는 과정과; 100 내지 200℃의 온도에서 0.5 내지 4일간 교반시키면서 젤을 결정화하는 과정과; 실온의 온도로 급냉하고 탈이온수로 세척하며 pH 8 내지 9가 되도록 한 다음에 건조시키고, 상기 원료들의 몰수비는 Na2O/Al2O3:7-12:RE2O3/Al|2O3:0.01-1.0:SiO2/Al2O3:30-600:H2O/SiO2:20-100: 아민/SiO2:0.1-0.5인 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 디아민은, 두가지 C2-C8일차 디아민 중의 어느 하나 또는 그의 혼합물로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 원료는, 염화 알루미늄, 브롬화 알루미늄, 질산 알루미늄, 황산 알루미늄 그리고 인산 알루미늄으로 이루어진 무기산의 알루미늄 염으로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 무기산은, 황산과 염산, 질산, 인산으로 이루어진 산기로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회토류 원소의 염은, 단일 회토류 원소 또는 그의 혼합물의 염화, 질산, 황산염에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족의 알킬화에서 촉매로 사용되는 제올라이트의 이용.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 알칸의 이성질화에서 촉매로 사용되는 제올라이트의 이용.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 메탄올의 저분자량 올레핀 변환 반응에서 촉매로 사용되는 제올라이트의 이용
