Abstract
본 발명은 유동충을 제조하기에 필요로 하는 에너지뿐만 아니라 목적하는 입자 직경 및 목적하는 벌크 밀도를 수득하기에 충분한 양의 에너지를 기계적 방법에 의해 유동충으로 도입시키면서 1단계로 유동충에서 과립화, 압축 및 건조됨을 특징으로 하는 발효 배양액을 주성분으로 하여, 발효 생성물 및 발효 배양액의 나머지 성분을 전부 또는 주로 함유하는 동물 사료 보충물을 제조하는 방법을 기술한다. 이의 결과로서, 특히 원발효배양액을 개시 물질로서 사용하여 라이신, 트레오닌 또는 트립토판과 같은 첨가제의 특성에 부합되는 과립을 단일 공정 단계에서 연속적으로 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 유동충을 제조하기에 필요로 하는 에너지뿐만 아니라 목적하는 입자 직경 및 목적하는 벌크 밀도를 수득하기에 충분한 양의 에너지를 기계적 방법에 의해 유동충으로 도입시키면서 1단계로 유동충에서 과립화, 압축 및 건조됨을 특징으로 하는 발효 배양액을 주성분으로 하여, 발효 생성물 및 발효 배양액의 나머지 성분을 전부 또는 주로 함유하는 동물 사료 보충물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 기계적 에너지가 도입되지 않은 유동충 과립화 - 건조와 비교하여 추가의 기계적 에너지가 벌크 밀도를 증가시키고 평균 입자 직경을 감소시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 추가로 도입된 기계적 에너지가 표면 처리 방식으로 작용하고 생장 과립을 압축화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가의 에너지를 이동성, 평면상 기구에 의해 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 회전식 블레이드, 블레이드 평판 또는 플랫 바를 유동충 챔버 내에서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동물 사료 보충물의 평균 입자 크기를 0.1 내지 1.5㎜ 값으로 조정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 동물 사료 보충물의 입자 크기를 입자 중 95%가 0.1 내지 1.5㎜ 이도록 조정하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 입자 중 95%가 0.3 내지 1.2㎜ 크기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동물 사료 보충물의 벌크 밀도를 600㎏/㎥ 초과로 조정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 동물 사료 보충물의 벌크 밀도를 700㎏/㎥ 초과로 조정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동물 사료 보충물의 내마모성을 1.0중량% 미만의 범위의 마모치로 조정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 동물 사료 보충물의 내마모성을 0 내지 0.3중량%의 마모치로 조정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
