Abstract
본 발명은 고압 공급 펌프의 스필 제어 솔레노이드 밸브의 통전 제어를 용이하게 하는 것이다.
전자 제어 유닛(12)은 고압 공급 펌프(7)로의 펌프실(73) 각각의 연료 압송 가능 기간 전체 동안 스필 제어 솔레노이드 밸브(9)를 전부 개방하거나 전부 폐쇄 되도록 제어한다. 그러기 위해서 엔진의 부하에 대응하여, 압송 회수를 조정하며, 공동 레일(4)의 연료 압력을 소정의 압력을 제어한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 있어서 연료 분사 장치의 개략 구성도, 제2도는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 있어서 고압 공급 펌프의 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 있어서 고압 공급 펌프와 펌프 구동 기구와의 개략 구성도, 제4도는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 있어서 고압 공급 펌프의 동작을 도시하는 타임 차트.
Claims (1)
- 가압 연료를 축압하는 공동 레일, 상기 공동 레일내의 연료를 엔진의 각 기통에 분사하고 전기 신호에 응답해서 연료 분사를 제어하는 분사 노즐, 상기 연료가 유입되는 펌프실, 상기 펌프실의연료를 상기 코몬레일을 향해서 압송하고 상기 코먼레일내의 연료를 가압하는 고압 공급 펌프, 상기 펌프실과 저압 연료 통로를 연통하는 통로에 설치되며 밸브 개방시에 상기 펌프실과 상기 저압 연료 통로를 연통시키고 밸브 폐쇄시에 상기 펌프실로부터 상기 공동 레일로의 연료를 압송시키는 솔레노이드 밸브, 및 상기 펌프실로 연료를 압송가능한 기간 동안 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 전폐쇄 또는 전개방을 조정하여 상기 공동 레일내의 연료 압력을 소정 압력으로 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
