제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 관한 에멀션연료엔진의 구성도,
제2도는 쌍방향체크밸브기구를 가진 등압밸브를 표시한 단면도,
제3도는 에멀션연료용 펌프의 토출압과 등압밸브에 의해서 유지되는 압력과의 관계를 표시한 도면.
Claims (12)
- 제1의 연료를 연료분사노즐에 공급하는 연료분사펌프와, 상기 제1의 연료와 동 제1의 연료와 불용성의 제2의 연료가 유화된 에멀션연료를 상기 연료분사펌프와 상기 연료분사노즐과의 사이의 분사관에 공급하는 에멀션연료공급수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 연료를 저류해두는 제1의 연료탱크와, 상기 제2의 연료를 저류해두는 제2의 연료탱크와, 상기 제1의 연료탱크에 저류되는 제1의 연료 및 상기 제2의 연료탱크에 저류되는 제2의 연료를 혼합해서 상기 에멀션연료를 생성하는 혼합수단이 설치되고, 또 동 혼합수단으로부터 보내게되는 에멀션연료를 상기 분사펌프와 상기 분사노즐과의 사이의 분사관에 체크밸브를 개재해서 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 연료가 경유이고, 상기 제2의 연료가 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 연료가 경유이고, 상기 제2의 연료가 메탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에멀션연료공급수단은 에멀션연료를 상기 분사관에 압송하는 펌프를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에멀션연료의 상기 분사관으로의 공급위치로부터 상기 분사펌프쪽의 상기 분사관에 배설되고, 상기 분사관에 공급된 에멀션연료가 상기 분사펌프쪽으로 이동하는 것을 저지하는 자유피스톤을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 자유피스톤이 상기 분사펌프쪽의 대직경부와 상기 분사노즐쪽의 소직경부를 가지고, 동대직경부가 받는 상기 분사펌프로부터의 경유의 압력을 증압해서 에멀션연료에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에멀션연료를 상기 분사관에 공급하는 에멀션연료공급관에 개재장착된 개폐작동되는 전자밸브와, 에멀션연료의 상기 분사관으로의 공급위치로부터 상기 분사펌프쪽의 상기 분사관에 배설되고, 분사관에 공급된 에멀셜의 연료의 위치를 검출하는 위치센서와, 동위치센서에 의해서 에멀션연료가 검출될때까지, 상기전자밸브를 개방제어하는 위치제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분사관으로서 에멀션연료의 공급위치로부터 상기 분사펌프쪽의 상기 분사관에 접속된 분기관과, 동분기관에 개재장착된 전자스필밸브와, 동전자스필밸브의 개폐를 제어해서 상기 분산관내의 상기 제1의 연료 또는 상기 에멀션연료를 배출하는 전자스필밸브제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 에멀션연료의 공급위치로부터 상기 분기관까지 위치 L(mm)가, 상기 분사관의 내경을 d(mm), 1회의 분사량을 q(mm3)로 하면, L≤4qπd2로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전자스필밸브제어수단은, 분사중의 소정기간 상기 전자스필밸브를 개방작동시켜서, 분사를 파일럿분사와 주분사를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분사펌프의 상기 분사관쪽 출구부에, 쌍방향체크 밸브기구를 가진 동압밸브가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
