Abstract

LAB로부터 튜너로의 접속이 간편하고 저코스트이며 QPSK변조신호와 FM변조신호를 수신처리할 수 있는 위성방송튜너를 제공한다. RF단, 믹서, 국부 발진회로, IF단 및 AGC루프를 포함하는 단일의 프론트엔드부(30)를 FM검파기(16)와 I/Q직교검파기의 양 검파회로에서 사용하여 단일 프론트엔드부(30)에서 FM변조신호와 QPSK변조신호의 양 신호를 신호처리한다. 이때 QPSK변조신호를 수신하는 경우에는 FM변조신호를 검파하는 FM검파기(16)의 전원을 오프시키고 FM변조신호를 수신하는 경우에는 QPSK변조신호를 검파하기에 필요한 국부발진회로(21)의 전원을 오프시킨다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 위성방송 튜너의 제1실시예의 블럭도.
제2도는 제1도에 있어서 FM검파기와 I/F직교검파기의 양 발진회로의 온/오프를 절환시키는 절환회로의 구성도.
제3도는 제2도와 다른 스위칭회로의 구성도.
제4도는 제1도에 있어서 검파부의 구성례를 보인 회로도.
제5도는 본 발명에 의한 위성방송 튜너의 제2실시예의 블럭도.
제6도는 제1도에 있어서 AGG검파기에 의한 레벨검출위치를 다른 위치로 변경한 블럭도.

Claims (6)

  1. RF신호를 IF신호로 변환하는 단일의 프론트엔드부; 상기 프론트엔드부로부터의 IF신호를 수신하고 이 IF신호를 FM검파하는 FM검파기;상기 프론트엔드부로부터의 IF신호를 수신하고 이 IF신호를 직교검파하는 직교검파기;및 상기 직교검파기로부터 I시호와 Q신호를 수신하고 이 신호들을 QPSK복조하는 QPSK복조기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위성방송 튜너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 IF신호의 레벨을 검출하는 IF신호레벨 검출수단과 상기 검출된 레벨에 따라 상기 IF신호의 레벨을 제어하는 제1AGC회로를 구비하고, 상기 FM검파기의 입력레벨을 최적으로 제어하는 제1AGC루프; 및 상기 QPSK 복조기로부터 수신된 신호에 따라 상기 직교검파기의 입력레벨을 제어하는 제2AGC회로를 포함하고 상기 QPSK복조기의 입력레벨을 최적으로 제어하는 제2AGC루프를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위성방송 튜너.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기 FM검파기는 제1발진회로를 갖고 상기 직교검파기는 제2발진회로를 가지며 주파수변조된 RF신호를 검파하는 경우에는 상기 제2발진회로의 동작을 정지시키는 한편, QPSK변조된 RF신호를 검파하는 경우에는 상기 제1발진회로의 작동을 정지키시는 절환회로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 위성방송 튜너.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 원칩반도체기판상에 상기 FM검파기와 상기 직교검파기 및 상기 절환회로를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 위성방송 튜너.
  5. 제3항에 있어서 상기 FM검파기 및 상기 직교검파기를 동일 새시내에 수납하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위성방송 튜너.
  6. 제3항에 있어서 상기 FM검파기 상기 직교검파기, 상기 제1AGC루프, 상기 제2AGC루프 및 상기 QPSK 복조기를 동일 새시내에 수납하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위성방송 튜너.
