Abstract
본 발명은 비스무트 염을 함유하는 제제의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 여기서 산화비스무트는 특정한 방법으로 유산과 반응하고 생성된 비스무틸 락테이트와 비스무트 락테이트와의 혼합물은 도료 결합제에 분산된다. 이러한 제제는 음극 도장에 의해 도포되는 전기영동 도료에서 촉매 성분으로서 사용된다. 이러한 종류의 침지 도료는 도포성과 막 특성이 우수하다. 이로써 납 화합물과 주석 화합물을 촉매로서 사용할 필요가 없다.

Claims (4)
- A) 1.0mol의 산화비스무트가 총 4.0mol의 유산과 여러 단계로 반응함(이 단계들은 Aa) 산화비스무트 1.0mol과 유산 2.0mol을 물의 존재하에 20 내지 40℃에서 30 내지 60분 동안 먼저 균질화하는 단계, Ab) 유산 1.0mol을 단계 Aa)에서 수득한 혼합물에 가하고 다시 30 내지 40℃에서 30분 내지 60분 동안 균질화하는 단계 및 Ac) 단계 Ab)에 따르는 방법을 반복하고, 반응 혼합물의 색상이 처음의 황색에서 백색으로 변할 때까지 균질화하는 단계를 포함한다)을 특징으로 하며, B) 단계 Aa) 내지 Ac)에 따라서 수득한 비스무틸 락테이트와의 혼합물을 계속해서 양이온 도료 결합제와 배합하며, 단 비스무트의 함량은, 제제의 전체 고형분을 기준으로 하여, 25 내지 45중량%, 바람직하게는 30 내지 40중량%임을 특징으로 하는 비스무트염을 포함하고 양이온도료 결합제위 가교결합 반응을 촉매화하기 위한 제제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, B)에서 에스테르 교환반응 및/또는 아미드 교환반응 및/또는 우레탄 교환반응 및/또는 말단 이중결합의 반응에 의해 가교결합될 수 있는 양이온 도료 결합제, 바람직하게는 안료 페이스트 수지, 바람직하게는 점도 범위가 4,000 내지 10,000mPa.s/23℃인 제제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 에스테르 교환반응 및/또는 아미드 교환반응 및/또는 우레탄 교환반응 및/또는 말단 이중결합의 반응에 의해 가교결합될 수 있으며 제제에 존재하는 도료 결합제와 동일하거나 상이하고, 필요한 경우, 비스무트 함량이, 전체 도료 결합제의 고형분을 기준으로 하여, 0.5 내지 3.0중량%, 바람직하게는 0.8 내지 2.5중량%인 음극 전착 도료의 제제용으로 분산액 형태인 양이온 도료 결합제와 배합된, 필요한 경우, 안료 페이스트 형태인 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 제조된 제제의 용도.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라서 제조되고, 필요한 경우, 안료 페이스트 형태인 제제와, 에스테르 교환반응및/또는 아미드 교환반응 및/또는 우레탄 교환반응 및/또는 말단 이중결합의 반응에 의해 가교결합될 수 있으며 제제에 존재하는 도료 결합제와 동일하거나 상이하고, 필요한 경우, 분산액 형태인 또 다른 양이온 도료결합제를 포함하는 비스무트 함량이 전체 도료 결합제의 고형분을 기준으로 하여, 0.5 내지 3.0중량%, 바람직하게는 0.8 내지 2.5중량%인 음극 전착 도료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
