Abstract
내장 제어 장치는 일측부상에서 개방되고 유압 유니트의 하우징 블록에 끼워맞춰지는 다부품 하우징(15)을 갖는다.
복수의 전자 부품(33)을 가진 전자 회로용 인쇄 회로판(29)은 내장 제어 장치(15)의 하우징에 배열된다. 인쇄 회로판(29)은 복수의 강성 영역(30,25)을 포함하고, 하나의 강성 영역은 하우징(16)의 뚜껑(25)에 의해 형성된다. 도체박(31)만을 포함하는 루프형 가요성 영역은 2개의 강성 영역(25,30) 사이에 위치된다. 또한, 도체박(31)은 인쇄 회로판(29)의 강성 영역(30)을 지나 돌출하고, 이 영역(28)에서 유압 유니트의 로드(12)의 연결핀(27)과 접촉하여 위치된다. 접촉이 인쇄 회로판(29)의 가요성 영역의 도체박(31)에 직접 이루어지기 때문에, 허용 공차가 접촉 용이를 위해 쉽게 보상되므로 하우징 블록(10)상의 내장 제어 장치는 쉽게 제조될 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 전자 회로를 지지하고 로드(12)의 접속 소자(27)에 연결되며 도체박(31)과 로드 접속부(27)를 가진 하나이상의 인쇄 회로판(29)과, 회로에 접속되고 센서등을 접속시키기 위해 외부로부터 접근가능하며 도체박(31)에 직접 접속된 플러그 소자(24)와, 전자 유니트 특히, 동력 출력 스테이지(33)를 수용하는 하우징(15)을 가진, 로드(12) 특히, 점착 마찰 제어 유압 브레이크 시스템의 유압 유니트의 솔레노이드 밸브를 작동시키는 내장 제어 장치(15)에 있어서, 상기 하우징(16)은 2개 이상의 하우징 부품(25,26)을 포함하고, 인쇄 회로판(29)은 복수의 강성부(30,25)와, 가요성 영역(28,36)을 갖고, 상기 2개 이상의 강성부(30,25)는 가요성박영역(36)에 의해 연결되며, 인쇄 회로판(29)의 강성부(25)는 하우징 부품(16,25)의 내부에 의해 형성되고, 도체박(31)은 인쇄 회로판(29)을 지나 돌출하고 상기 영역(28)에서 로드(12)의 로드 접속부(27)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(16)은 하우징의 개구를 밀봉하는 뚜껑(15) 및 V모양의 홈통형 하우징 부품(16)을 포함하며, 인쇄 회로판(29)의 일부가 뚜껑(25)의 내부에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, V모양의 홈통형 하우징 부품은 베이스 부품(50)과 칼라형부(51)를 포함하며, 교선(52)은 2개 하우징 부품(50,51)사이로 경사 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도체박(31)은 열전도 캐리어상의 강성 영역에 적어도 부분적으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플러그 소자(24)는 도체박(31)의 일단측상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회로의 분리 소자(33)는 도체박(31)상에 표면 장착장치로서 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도체박(31)은 설치 스테이지에서, 하나가 다른 하나의 상부에 놓이는 적어도 2개의 평면의 강성부(25,30)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도체박(31)은 다층 기술을 이용해 실현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도체박(31)의 자유부(36)는 뚜껑(25)를 다른 강성부(30)의 평면으로 절첩 개방시킬 수 있도록 칫수 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내장 제어 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
