Abstract
차량의 로크-방지 브레이킹 시스템에서 사용하기 위한 전자제어식 수력유닛(10) 및 코일창착 서브어셈블리 조립방법에 개시되어 있다. 코일장착 어셈블리는 토로이달 코일이 장착된 배선 또는 인쇄회로기판(48,148,248)을 포함하며, 트레이스들이 핀 터미날(46,146,246)로 뻗쳐져 상기 배선 또는 인쇄회로기판 서브어셈블리를 전자제어기판(56)에 부착시킨다. 코일들을 통상적인 별단의 납땜공정을 통해 상기 기판에 납땜된다. 코일 배선 또는 인쇄회로기판은 주변 하우징 프레임(34,134)에 장착되며, 배선 또는 인쇄회로기판과 하우징 프레임 사이에는 주변 밀봉재(42,142)가 배치된다. 인쇄회로기판은 전자제어기판과 수력 펌프 서브어셈블리 사이에 장착될때 밀봉격벽으로 작용한다.

제2도는 코일이 장착되어 있고 수력 작동기 서브어셈블리와 전자제어 서브어셈블리는 장착될 예정인 주변 하우징 프레임의 제1실시예의 내부를 도시한 평면도,
제3도는 코일 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 주변 장착 프레임의 단면도,
제6도는 코일들을 전자제어유닛에 접속하기 위해 개개의 코일을 터미날에 접속시키는 트레이스를 보여주는 코일 인쇄회로기판의 반대쪽 납땜 측면을 도시한 도면.
Claims (10)
- 전자제어식 수력유닛과 함께 사용하기 위한 밀봉 서브어셈블리에서, 밀봉 서브어셈블리는 제1수력 작동기 서브어셈블리를 제2전자제어 서브어셈블리와 분리시키며, 밀봉된 서브어셈블리는 수력 작동기를 작동시키는데 사용되는 다수의 코일을 가지고 있으며, 밀봉된 서브어셈블리는 상단 및 하단이 개방된 주변 측벽을 가진 하우진 프레임을 구비하며, 하우징 프레임은 제1 및 제2서브어셈블리를 하우징 프레임의 상부 및 하부에 부착시키기 위한 장착수단을 가지며; 하우징 프레임의 주변 측벽 주위로 뻗쳐지는 밀봉림을 구비하며; 하우징 프레임에 장착된 코일 배선기판 서브어셈블리를 구비하며, 코일 배선기판 서브어셈블리는 납땜되어 있는 다수의 코일을 갖고 코일로부터 코일 배선기판 서브어셈블리에 장착된 대응 터미날로 뻗쳐지는 트레이스를 가지며, 코일 배선 기판 서브어셈블리는 유체가 통과할 수 없게되어 있어 밀봉격벽을 제공하며; 밀봉림과 코일 배선기판 서브어셈블리에 모두 맞물리는 밀봉재를 구비하며; 수력 작동기 서브어셈블리가 하우징 프레임의 한 단부에 부착되고 하우징 프레임의 다른 단부에는 전자제어유닛이 부착되며 코일 배선기판 서브어셈블리가 전자제어 서브어셈블리와 수력 작동기 서브어셈블리 사이에 밀봉격벽을 제공하도록 되어 있는 밀봉 서브어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉림이 하우징 프레임 측벽의 내부 주위로 뻗쳐지는 밀봉 서브어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코일 배선기판 서브어셈블리가 하우징 프레임에 지지되어 있는 밀봉 서브어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉재가 비스코스 밀봉재를 구비하는 밀봉 서브어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코일 배선기판은 양면 기판을 구비하며, 코일 배선기판의 한 면은 사실상 연속적인 도전층을 가져서 전자제어 서브어셈블리의 한 면에 차폐막을 형성하는 밀봉 서브어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장착수단이 밀봉재에 압축하중을 제공하는 밀봉 서브어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 코일과 코일 배선기판 사이에 밀봉을 형성하는 코일 밀봉재를 더 포함하는 밀봉 서브어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 터미날이 전자제어 서브어셈블리상의 결합 터미날과 맞물리도록 코일에서 코일 배선기판의 반대측으로부터 뻗쳐져서 코일과 전자제어 서브어셈블리 사이에 전기적 접촉을 이루는 밀봉 서브어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 코일과 배선기판 사이에 위치한 탄력성 가스켓을 포함하며, 탄력성 가스켓은 대응 코일에 힘을 주어 대응 코일이 코일 배선기판으로부터 밀려지게 하는 밀봉 서브어셈블리.
