Abstract

본 명세서에는 적어도 에폭시 수지 100중량부 중에, 2관능 에폭시 수지를 70중량부 이상 함유하는 에폭시 수지, 고무상을 함유하며 에폭시 수지에 실질적으로 불용성인 미립자 및 경화제를 함유하는 섬유 강화 복합재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물에 관한 발명을 개시한다.상기 에폭시 수지 조성물 및 강화 섬유로 이루어지는 프로프레그 및 상기 에폭시 수지 조성물의 경화물 및 강화 섬유로 이루어지는 섬유 강화 복합 재료에 관한 발명 또한 개시되어 있다.

Claims (23)

  1. 적어도 하기 구성 요소 〔A〕,〔B〕 및 〔C〕를 함유하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. 〔A〕에폭시 수지 100중량부 중 2관능 에폭시 수지를 70중량부 이상 함유하는 에폭시 수지; 〔B〕고무상을 함유하며 에폭시 수지에 실질적으로 불용성인 미립자 및〔C〕경화제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔A〕가 추가로 3관능 이상의 에폭시 수지를 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대해 1 내지 30중량부 함유하는 에폭시 수지인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔A〕가 2관능 에폭시 수지를 에폭시 수지 100중량부 당 80중량부 이상 함유하는 에폭시 수지인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔A〕가 3관능 이상의 에폭시 수지를 에폭시 수지 100 중량부에 대해 1 내지 20중량부 함유하는 에폭시 수지인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 애폭시 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔A〕의 에폭시 수지의 에폭시 당량이 에폭시 수지 전체로서 250 이상인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔A〕의 에폭시 수지의 에폭시 달양이 에폭시 수지 전체로서 250 내지 400인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔B〕의 미립자가 가교 고무인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  8. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔B〕의 미립자가 코어/쉘 입자인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 코어/쉘 입자가 소프트 코어/하드 쉘인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 코어/쉘 입자가, 코어의 주성분이 폴리부타디엔 또는 폴리부틸아크릴레이트, 쉘의 주성분이 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트계 중합체인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  11. 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코어/쉘 입자의 쉘상에 상기 구성 요소〔A〕의 에폭시 수지 및 상기 구성 요소〔C〕의 경화제와 반응하는 관능기를 함유하지 않는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  12. 제1 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔B〕의 미립자의 평균 입경이 10㎛ 이하인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔B〕의 미립자의 평균 입경이 5㎛ 이하인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  14. 제1 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔B〕의 미립자를 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대해 1 내지 20중량부 함유하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물..
  15. 제1 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소〔C〕의 경화제가 디시안디아미드이며, 또한 경화촉진제를 함유하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  16. 제1 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 알코올성 수산기, 아미도기, 이미도기, 술포닐기 및 시아노기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1개의 구조를 갖는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리비닐아세탈, 페녹시 수지, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드 및 폴리술폰으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 수지인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 비닐포르말 부분을 60중량% 이상 함유하는 폴리비닐 포르말인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  20. 제1 내지 19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 강화 섬유에 함침시킴으로써 얻어지는 프리프레그.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 강화 섬유가 탄소 섬유, 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유, 유리 섬유, 실리콘 카바이드 섬유, 붕소 섬유, 알루미나 섬유 및 스테인레스 스틸 섬유로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징을 하는 프리프레그.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 강화 섬유가 탄성률 200GPa 이상의 탄소 섬유인 프리프레그.
  23. 제20 내지 22항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물의 경화물 및 강화 섬유로 이루어지는 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
