(ⅰ) 염기의 존재하에 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 할라이드를 하기 식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 식(Ⅲ)의 4-알콕시-1,1,1-트리플루오로-3-부텐-2-온을 얻고, 이 화합물을 암모니아와 반응시켜 하기 식(Ⅳ)의 4-아미노-1,1,1-트리플루오로-3-부텐-2-온을 얻는 제1단계,
CF3COHal (Ⅰ)
(식 중, Hal은 할로겐 원자임)
CH2=CHOR1(Ⅱ)
(식 중, R1은 알킬기임)
CF3CO-CH=CH-OR1(Ⅲ)
(R1은 상기 정의한 바와 같음)
및 (ⅱ) 제1단계에서 얻은 4-아미노-1,1,1-트리플루오로-3-부텐-2온과 하기 식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 축합반응시켜 반응산물로서 하기 식(Ⅳ)의 화합물(그의 염 포함) 및(또는) 하기 식(Ⅶ)의 화합물(그의 염 포함)을 얻고, 이어서 반응산물을 폐환 및 가수분해 반응시키는 제2단계로 이루어지는 하기 식(Ⅷ)의 4-트리플루오로메틸니코틴산 또는 그의 염의 제조방법.

Claims (18)

  1. (ⅰ) 염기의 존재하에 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 할라이드를 하기 식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 식(Ⅲ)의 4-알콕시-1,1,1-트리플루오로-3-부텐-2-온을 얻고, 이 화합물을 암모니아와 반응시켜 하기 식(Ⅳ)의 4-아미노-1,1,1-트리플루오로-3-부텐-2-온을 얻는 제1단계,
    CF3COHal (Ⅰ)
    (식 중, Hal은 할로겐 원자임)
    CH2=CHOR1(Ⅱ)
    (식 중, R1은 알킬기임)
    CF3CO-CH=CH-OR1(Ⅲ)
    (R1은 상기 정의한 바와 같음)
