Abstract

본 발명은 카본블랙 보강된 고무 카커스로 구성되고, 고무 트레드가 실리카에 의해 정량적으로 보강되고, 정량적 양의 카본블랙을 함유하는 상기 고무 트레드의 외부 표면상에 얇은 일체형이 고무 외부 캡을 갖는 고무 타이어에 관한 것이다.
하나의 양태에서, 본원에서 외부 상부캡으로서 언급하기도 하는 상기 외부 캡은 통상 지면과 접촉되는 트레드의 외부 표면을 가로질러 연장되고, 다른 양태에서, 상기 외부 상부캡은 지면과 접촉되는 상기 트레드 표면의 외곽부, 즉 주변 모서리 위로만 연장된다.
외부의 카본블랙 보강된 고무 트레드 상부캡은 상기 외부 트레드 상부캡에서 타이어 카커스의 비드부로의 감소된 전기 저항의 통로 및 따라서 차량에서 노면으로의 상기 통로를 제공하는 방식으로, 타이어의 하나 이상의 카본블랙 보강된 고무 성분과 결합된다.

제1도, 제2도 및 제3도는 선택적인 캡/베이스 또는 캡/베이스-윙 구조를 나타내면서, 얇은 고무 외부 상부 캡부를 갖고, 정량적 양의 카본블랙 보강물을 함유하며, 압출되고 실리카 보강되고 비가황된 황 경화성 고무 트레드 스트립의 횡단며도이다. 제4도, 제5도 및 제6도는 외부 상부캡부가 트레드 스트립의 외부 모서리부에서 트레드 표면의 단지 일부만을 덮은 것을 제외하고는, 제1도 내지 제3도와 유사하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 주변 고무 트레이드가 (i)트레드 및 (ii) 외부 상부캡층으로 이루어진 동시압출된 가황성 고무 라미네이트로 이루어지고; 상기 상부캡층이 상기 타이어 카커스의 적어도 일부와 저촉하고, 지면과 접촉하도록 고안된 상기 트레드이 외부 표면부 위로 연장되고; 상기 트레드가 약 30 내지 약 100phr의 침전된 실리카, 및 선택적으로 약 20phr 이하의 카본플랙을 함유하고; 상기 트레드 외부 상부캡이 약 80 내지 약 150의 CTAB가를 갖는 약 25 내지 약 100phr의 카본블랙을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 측벽, 비드부 및 상기 주변 고무 트레드를 함유하는 카본블랙 보강된 고무 카커스(carcass)로 구성된 공기압 타이어.
  2. 캡/베이스 구조의 주변 고무 트레이드가 (i) 트레드 캡,(ii) 기본 트레드 베이스, (iii)선택적으로 미니윙(minwing), 및 (iv)외부 상부캡 층으로 이루어진 동시압출된 가항성 고무 라미네이트로 이루어지고; 상기 트레드 베이스 및/또는, 미니윙을 사용하는 경우, 미니윙이 타이어 카커스의 측벽과 접촉하고, 상기 미니윙이, 이를 사용하는 경우, 상기 타이어 카커스의 측벽부 위로 연장되고; 상기 상부캡층이 상기 타이어 카커스 측벽과 접촉하는 상기 트레드 베이스 및/또는 미니윙의 적어도 일부와 접촉하고 또는 그로부터 지면과 접촉하도록 고안된 상기 트레드 캡의 외부 표면부로 및 외부 펴면부 위로 연장되고; 상기 트레드 캡이 약 30 내지 약 100phr의 침전된 실리카, 및 선택적으로 미니윙이 약 80 내지 약 150의 CTAB가를 갖는 약 25 내지 약 100phr의 카본블랙을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 측벽, 비드부 및 상기 캡/베이스 구조의 상기 주변고무 트레드로 구성된 공기압 타이어.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 타이어를 가황시키므로써 상기 트레드 상부캡이 동시가황되고, 상기 트레드 캡 및 또한 상기 트레드 캡 및/또는 선택적인 미니윙과 일체형으로 구성되고; 상기 트레드 캡이 러그(lug) 및 그루브(groove) 구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 트레드 상부캡이 상기 트레드 베이스 및/또는, 미니윙을 사용하는 경우, 미니윙의 외부 표면을 덮고, 상기 상부캡이 상기 외부 표면과 일체형으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하나, 단 상기 트레드 상부캡층이 카커스 측벽과 접촉하는 상기 트레드 베이스 및/또는 미니윙의 주변 말단의 적어도 일부에만 한정되는 타이어.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 타이어 카커스의 측벽이, 상기 트레드 및 상기 덧씌워진 측벽 사이에 위치되며 상기 트레드에 점착성이고 동시압출되고 동시가황된 상부캡층을 갖는 타이어 트레이드 면의 주변 말단의 적어도 일부로 연장됨을 특징으로하는 타이어.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일체형 상부캡충이, 지면과 접촉되도록 고안된 상기 외부 트레드 표면의 각 면의 주변 외부 표면과 일체형으로 구성되고 상기 주변 외부 표면의 주변을 덮지만, 상기 트레드 외부 표면을 완전히 덮지 않음을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 트레드 라미네이트가 약 80℃ 내지 약 150℃의 온도에서 동시압출에 의해 성형됨을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  8. 제4항에 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 타이어를 가황시키므로써, 상기 트레드 상부캡이 러그 및 그루브 구조를 갖는 상기 트레드 캡과 동시가황되고 또한 상기 트레드 캡과 일체형으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  9. 제3항 또는 제7항에 있어서, GT-R시험에 의해, 상기 트레드 상부캡층을 갖지 않는 상기 타이어가 200메그오옴보다 큰 전기 저항을 갖고, 상기 트레드 상부캡을 갖는 상기 타이어가 100메그오옴보다 작은 전기 저항을 갖고; 상기 상부캡층이 약 0.005 내지 약 0.8㎝의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
