Abstract
주로 엔진 간막이에서 사용되어 공수 소리를 총수하기 위한 것으로, 특히 부분적 또한 완전한 모터 인캡슐레이션 안에서 소리 흡수기로서 사용되는 주조품은, 다공성 흡수기(1)로 성형되며, 이 흡수기의 코어(core)(6)는, 양 사이드(7,8)의 전 표면에 걸쳐 90μm미만의 두께를 가진 각각의 PU막(film)으로 밀봉되어 있고 또한, 두께가 최소 3mm 최대 약 15각인 개방 세공형(open-pored) PU발포체로 만들어진다. 상기 코어는, 바닥면에 기점을 두며 인젝션 몰딩(injection molding)으로 성형되는 캐비티(2-4)를 포함하며, 이 캐비티는 상기 바닥면(5)쪽으로만 열려 있고 또한, 서로 다른 캐비티 용적과 이 바닥면(5)으로 부터 측정된 서로 다른 높이(11)를 가진다.

Claims (12)
- 주로 엔진 간막이에서 사용되어 공수소리(airborme sound)를 흡수하기 위한 것으로, 특히 부분적 또한 완전한 모터 인캡슐레이션 안에서 소리 흡수기로서 사용되는 주조품에 있어서, 상기 주조품은 다공성 흡수기(1)로 성형되며, 이 흡수기의 코어(core)(6)는, 양 사이드의 전 표면에 걸쳐 90μm미만의 두께를 가진 각각의 PU막(film)(7;8)으로 밀봉되어 있고 또한, 두께가 최소 3mm최대 15mm인 개방 세공형(open-pored) PU 발포체로 만들어지며, 그리고 이 코어는, 공통의(가상의) 바닥면(5)에 기점을 두며 인젝션 몰딩(injection molding)으로 성형되는 캐비티들(2-4)을 포함하고 또한, 이 캐비티들(2-4)는 상기 바닥면(5)쪽으로만 열려 있으며, 서로 다른 캐비티 용적과 이 바닥면 으로 부터 측겅된 서로 다른 높이(11)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 소리흡수기로서 사용되는 주조품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐비티(2-4)의 벽들은 열린 베이스면을 가지는 절두형(turncated) 피라미드 형태를 칠하며 또한, 이 절두형 피라미드의 높이(11)가 최소 8mm에서 최대 60mm사이의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 주조품.
- 제2항에 있서, 절두형 피라미드 형태의 상기 캐비티들(2-4)의 높이(11)가, 15mm에서 50mm사이의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조품.
- 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 절두형 피라미드(2-4)의 베이스면이, 상기 주조품(1)의 소정의 전체 크기에 맞는 다각형으로 되어 있으며 또한, 최대 8개의 변을, 바람직하게는 최대 6개의 변을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 베이스면 둘레의 엔빌롭 원의 직경이, 최소 20mm이고 최대 200mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 주조품.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 베이스면 둘레의 엔빌롭원의 직경이, 60mm에서 120mm사이의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조품.
- 전 항들중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수직선에 대한 상기 절두형 피라미드(2-4)의 벽면의 기울(10)가, 바람직하게는 5°에서 최대 30°즉, 절두형 피라미드(2-4)의 원추각이 10°에서 60°사이의 간을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조품.
- 전 항들중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 서라운딩 막(7,8)의 두께가 20μm에서 80μm사이의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 서라운딩 막(7,8)의 두께가 20μm에서 60μm사이의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조품.
- 전 항들중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주조품(1)이 특별히 접착제로, 바람직하게는 클립이음으로 캐리어(5)위에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어(5)가 엔진캡슐인 것을 특징으로 하는 주조품.
- 진공력(vacuum force)을 발생시켜, 상기 몰드의 하부면과 상부면에 각각 서라운딩 막을 깔아 이 몰드를 폐쇄시키고, 공기가 존재하는 공간을 배제하면서, 상기 흡수기로 성형되는 상기 PU 발포체를 상기 두 막사이의 중간영역으로 주입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전 한들중의 어느 한 항에 따른 주조품을 진공 인젝견 몰드에서 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
