가변용량형의 유압펌프(1)로부터 공급되는 압유에 의해 작동하는 복수의 액튜에이터(4,5)와,유압펌프와 상기 복수의 액튜에이터와의 사이에 각각 배설되어 대응하는 액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 복수의 방향전환밸브(2,3)를 구비한 유압구동장치에 배설되고, 복수의 방향전환밸브중 최소한 하나의 방향전환밸브(2)의 탱크포트(23)와 탱크(9)와를 연락하는 제1라인(12)에 배설되어, 제어신호(PX)에 따라서 탱크포트로부터 탱크에 흐르는 유량을 제어하는 가변저항수단(6:60)과, 상기 제1라인의 가변저항수단보다 상류층의 부분과 상기 방향전환밸브의 펌프포트(24)에 접속된 제 2 라인(10C)과를 연락하는 제 3 라인(14)과, 상기 제 3 라인에 배설되어 제 1 라인으로부터 제 2 라인으로 향하는 압유의 흐름만을 허용하는 체크밸브(7)를 구비한 유압재생장치, 이 유압재생장치는,(a) 상기 액튜에이터(4)의 작동에 관련하는 상태량(Pd; Ph; Pia1, Pia2; Pib1,Pib2)을 검출하는 검출수단(101; 106; 102a,102b; 103a, 103b)과; (b) 상기 검출수단으로부터의 신호를 입력하여, 미리 기억한 관계에 따라서 상기 상태량에 따른 구동신호(i;1*)를 생성하는 제어수단(100;100A∼100H)과; (c) 상기 구동신호를 입력하여, 그 구동신호에 따라서 상기 제어신호(Px)를 생성하는 제어신호발생수단(105)과; 를 구비하고, 가변저항수단의 특성을 임의로 설정할 수 있도록 하여, 재생유량의 급격한 변화를 회필할 수 있도록 한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 제 1 의 실시예에 의한 유압재생장치를 구비한 유압구동장치의 전체구성을 나타낸 개략도이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 가변용량형의 유압펌프(1)로부터 공급되는 압유에 의해 작동하는 복수의 액튜에이터(4,5)와, 상기 유압펌프와 상기 복수의 액튜에이터와의 사이에 각각 배설되어 대응하는 액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 복수의 방향전환밸브(2,3)를 구비한 유압구동장치에 배설되고, 상기 복수의 방향전환밸브중 최소한 하나의 방향전환밸브(2)의 탱크포트(23)와 탱크(9)와를 연락하는 제 1 라인(12)에 배설되어, 제어신호(Px)에 따라서 탱크포트로부터 탱크에 흐르는 유량을 제어하는 가변저항수단(6; 60)과, 상기 제 1 라인의 가변저항수단보다 상류측의 부분과 상기 방향전환밸브의 펌프포트(24)에 접속된 제 2 라인(10C)과를 연락하는 제 3 라인(14)과, 상기 제 3 라인에 배설되어 제 1 라인으로 부터 제 2 라인으로 향하는 압유의 흐름만을 체크밸브(7)를 구비한 유압재생장치에 있어서, (a) 상기 액튜에이터(4)의 작동에 관련하는 상태량(Pd; Ph; Pia1, Pia2; Pib1,Pib2)을 검출하는 검출수단(101; 106; 102a,102b; 103a, 103b)과; (b) 상기 검출수단으로부터의 신호를 입력하여, 미리 기억한 관계에 따라서 상기 상태량에 따른 구동신호(i;1*)를 생성하는 제어수단(100;100A∼100H)과; (c) 상기 구동신호를 입력하여, 그 구동신호에 따라서 상기 제어신호(Px)를 생성하는 제어신호발생수단(105)과; 를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하유압재생장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상태량은 상기 방향전환밸브(2)에 대응하는 액튜에이터(4)의 작동에 의해 변화하는 압력(Pd;Ph)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 미리 기억한 관계는 상기 상태량으로서의 압력(Pd;Ph)의 단위량 변화에 대한 상기 가변저항수단(6; 60)으로부터의 유출유량의 변화가 상기 압력(Pd;Ph)으로 상기 가변저항수단을 직접 구동했을 때보다 작아지도록, 상기 입력(Pd;Ph)과 상기 구동신호(i)와의 관계가 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 상태량으로서의 압력은 상기 유압펌프(1)의 토출압력(Pd)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 상태량으로서의 압력은 상기 방향전환밸브(2)에 대응하는 액튜에이터(4)의 부하압력(Ph)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상태량은 상기 방향전환밸브(2)에 부여되어 대응하는 액튜에이터(4)의 작동을 지령하는 조작신호(Pia1,PIa2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 미리 기억한 관계는 상기 상태량으로서의 조작신호(Pia1,Pia2)의 단위량 변화에 대한 상기 가변저항수단(6; 60)에 의해 제 2 라인(12)에 생기는 압력변화가 상기 조작신호로 상기 가변저항수단을 직접 구동했을 때보다 작아지도록, 상기 조작신호(Pia1,Pia2)와 상기 구동신호(i)와의 관계가 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 방향전환밸브가 파일롯조작식의 밸브(2)이고, 상기 상태량으로서의 조작신호는 상기 방향전환밸브에 부여되는 파일롯압력(Pia1,Pia2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상태량은 상기 방향전환밸브(2)에 대응하는 액튜에이터(4)의 작동에 의해 변화하는 압력(Pd; Ph)과, 상기 방향전환밸브의 부여되는 대응하는 액튜에이터의 작동을 지령하는 조작신호(Pia1,Pia2)이고, 상기 제어수단(100C; 100E; 100F; 100G)은 상기 압력과 조작신호와를 조합하여 상기 구동신호(i*)를 생성하는 수단(114)를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상태량은 상기 방향전환밸브(2)에 부여되어 대응하는 액튜에이터(4)의 작동을 지령하는 조작신호(Pia1,Pia2)와, 다른 방향전환밸브(3)에 부여되어 대응하는 액튜에이터(5)의 작동을 지령하는 조작신호(Pib1,Pib2)이고, 상기 제어수단(100D∼100G)은 상기 두 조작신호를 조합하여 상기 구동신호(i*)를 생성하는 수단(114)를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상태량은 상기 방향전환밸브(2)에 대응하는 액튜에이터(4)의 작동에 의해 변화하는 압력(Pd; Ph)과, 상기 방향전환밸브에 부여되어 대응하는 액튜에이터의 작동을 지령하는 조작신호(Pia1,Pia2)와, 다른 방향전환밸브(3)에 부여되어 대응하는 액튜에이터의 작동을 지령하는 조작신호(Pib1,Pib2)이고, 상기 제어수단(100E∼100G)은 상기 압력과 상기 두 조작신호를 조합하여 상기 구동신호를 생성하는 수단(114)을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단(100F)에 모드신호를 출력하는 모드스위치수단(104)을 더 구비하고, 상기 제어수단(100F)은 상기 미리 기억한 관계로서 상기 상태량((Pia1,Pia2,Pib1,Pib2)과 상기 구동신호(i)와의 복수의 관계를 기억한 기억수단(110e,110f)과, 상기 모드신호에 따라서 상기 복수의 관계의 하나에 따라서 상기 구동신호를 생성하는 선택수단(115)를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단(100G)에 선택신호를 출력하는 재생선택스위치수단(104A)을 더 구비하고, 상기 제어수단(100G)은 상기 선택신호에 따라서 상기 구동신호(i*)의 출력을 전환하는 전환수단(160)을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  14. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가변저항수단이 가변스로틀(6a)을 가진 밸브수단(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  15. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가변저항수단이 가변릴리프밸브(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  16. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어신호발생수단이 파일롯압력(Px)을 발생하는 전자(電磁)비례밸브(105)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
  17. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단(101; 106)과 상기 제어수단(100; 100A; 100C; 100E∼100H)과의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 검출수단으로부터의 신호의 저주파수성분을 제거하는 로패스필터(120)을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압재생장치.
