Claims (5)

  1. 해미트 규칙하의 θp값이 양인 1가 치환기로 치환되는 벤젠고리 혹은 비페닐고리가 곁사슬상에 존재하는 폴리이미드로 만든 액정 배향막.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 폴리이미드는 해미트 규칙하의 θp값이 양인 1가 치환기로 치환되는 벤젠고리 혹은 비페닐고리가 결합되어 있는 방향족 디아민을 테트라카르복실산 혹은 그 유도체와 반응시켜 0.05 내지 5.0dl/g (30℃의 N-메틸피롤리돈에서, 농도 : 0.5g/dl)의 감소된 점성도를 갖는 폴리이미드 전구물질을 얻은 다음, 그 폴리이미드 전구물질을 고리폐쇄 반응시켜 얻은 폴리이미드인 액정 배향막.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 폴리이미드는 해미트 규칙하의 θp값이 양인 1가 치환기로 치환되는 벤젠고리 혹은 비페닐고리가 결합되어 있는 방향족 디아민을 5몰% 이상 함유하는 디아민 성분을 테트라카르복실산 혹은 그 유도체와 반응시켜 0.05 내지 5.0dl/g (30℃의 N-메틸피롤리돈에서, 농도 : 0.5g/dl)의 감소된 점성도를 갖는 폴리이미드 전구물질을 얻은 다음, 그 폴리이미드 전구물질을 고리폐쇄 반응시켜 얻은 폴리이미드인 액정 배향막.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 해미트 규칙하의 θp값이 양인 1가 치환기로 치환되는 벤젠고리 혹은 비페닐 고리가 결합되어 있는 방향족 디아민의 식(I)의 디아민인 액정 배향막:
    (여기서 A는또는이고, X는 단일 화학결합, -O-, -COO- 그리고 -CONH-로 이루어져 있는 군에서 선택된 2가 결합기이며, Z는 해미트 규칙하의 θp값이 양인 1가 치환기임).
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 해미트 규칙하의 θp값이 양인 1가 치환기로 치환되는 벤젠고리 혹은 비페닐고리가 결합되어 있는 방향족 디아민이 식(I)의 디아민인 액정 배향막:
    (여기서 A는또는이고, X는 단일 화학결합, -O-, -COO- 그리고 -CONH-로 이루어져 있는 군에서 선택된 2가 결합기이며, Z는 해미트 규칙하의 θp값이 양인 1가 치환기임).
